We chose to purchase our townhouse because it is the perfect size for our family and we are surrounded by friends who we enjoy. The townhouse is in a great location on the lake itself and it is easily accessible to many surrounding towns/cities that offer shopping, movies, plays, football, baseball, and restaurants.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
Our townhouse is only a few feet from the water. You can literally jump right in! It is also a few short minutes from Auburn and Montgomery which allows easy access to football, baseball, shopping, zoo, Auburn waterpark, and award winning plays at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival. However, the best benefit to Lake Martin is to relax at the townhouse and just enjoy all the water and lake has to offer!
