The front windows extend from floor to ceiling and allow a beautiful view of the water and boardwalk. There is plenty of space for your boat, water toys, and fishing poles.
There is nothing better than your morning coffee on the deck while watching the fish jump and ducks swim. The rest of the day can be spent boating, swimming, fishing, reading, or watching your favorite movie or sporting event on television. Most importantly, food always tastes better at the lake! Enjoy grilling out on the deck or visiting one of the great restaurants on the lake where you will meet many other happy lake-goers experiencing a relaxing, good time.

We chose to purchase our townhouse because it is the perfect size for our family and we are surrounded by friends who we enjoy. The townhouse is in a great location on the lake itself and it is easily accessible to many surrounding towns/cities that offer shopping, movies, plays, football, baseball, and restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Our townhouse is only a few feet from the water. You can literally jump right in! It is also a few short minutes from Auburn and Montgomery which allows easy access to football, baseball, shopping, zoo, Auburn waterpark, and award winning plays at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival. However, the best benefit to Lake Martin is to relax at the townhouse and just enjoy all the water and lake has to offer!
