Private house on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Ideal for families or sharing. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, swimming pool, satellite TV, internet and is fully equipped. Walking distance to beach. Close to town with market, stores, restaurants and pharmacies.
The house rent includes a person that does the grounds’ keeping, such as cleaning the pool every day. We recommend hiring a cleaning lady (approx. $100/week) to make your stay a more relaxed one.
The 5 bedrooms can accommodate a large number of people. Two of the bedrooms are smaller than the other three but have bunk beds. There are three washrooms in the house and one near the pool area. There is also a service room with a washer and washroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee maker, etc. Satellite TV and internet access are available.
The villa is about three blocks from the beach on the Santiago Bay -where most vacation properties are located as well as some major hotels. There are other swimming beaches a short car/bus ride away or a 20 min walk.
All the linens are included, and everything you need for your stay except food (basics like salt and sugar are provided).
There are golf courses within 15 min drive.
A van is available for rent ($600/week).
Manzanillo is served by an international airport that receives flights from many cities in the States, Canada and Mexico.

This was our favourite family vacation ever. The privacy of home and perks of a hotel. Mornings in the pool. Afternoons at the beach. Day trips to local towns or just shopping in the village.Great caretakers, and the owners provided invaluable intros to local merchants. We've gone back for a second time and hoping to get back there soon. About the owner: My mother was born in Manzanillo, and I've always had a love for the place. My husband and I moved to Canada many years ago, and love to have a place to go back to where all of the family can get together. And although we love Canada, it's good to have a warm place to go to in the winter.
Why the Owner Chose Manzanillo:
This property has been in the family for a long time but was not built in until 1992. We love to travel and have been in many parts of Mexico, USA, Canada, South America and Europe, and find the peace and tranquility of the small town of Santiago always a welcome change.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The house is very private, with plenty of landscaping that brings the local plants into the property. This privacy is enjoyed at the swimming pool and deck, and while having family gatherings.
