The house is an older ranch that was built in the 1950's and updated. It has the charm of Old Florida with the luxury of new amenities. We love that is is on a lake and enjoys a wonderful view east.
The property includes a guest house. It is walking and biking distance to the beach and the Fifth Avenue Shops and Restaurants.
The neighborhood is quiet and the pool area private. You will enjoy being alone in this house or entertaining your friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and we have a gas grill for outside grilling.
It is a wonderful family home and we are sure you will enjoy your stay.

Why the Owner Chose Ridge Lakes
Olde Naples is the part of town that we like because it is so easy to get everywhere. We can walk to the stores or the beach and it is a short drive to most everywhere we want to be.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This house was built in the 1950's and updated a few years ago. It has the Florida charm and comfortable casual feeling with modern amenities. It is situated on a small lake that is unusual in Olde Naples. We also have a charming guest house with living room, bath, bedroom, small kitchenette and washer and dryer.

My husband and I have been coming to Naples since 1991 and we have bought and sold and rented many properties but we have always loved Olde Naples. We like the charm and the proximity to the shops and restaurants. We can walk to the beach. We are from St. Louis and have many St. Louis friends who have Naples homes too.
