Close to tennis, shopping and easy beach access located in the heart of Pelican Bay, one of Naples most sought after residential and vacation spots in Florida. Unit is available November 2009-May 2010 with one month availability for November, December, and 3 month requirements starting in January. Rental fees are $5000 per month Jan-April and $3500 for November and $4000 for December with 10% tax on top.
Security deposit is $1500 and internet is extra. Departure cleaning fee is $200. No smoking and no pets please. Kids are welcome. Other fees include beach cards $125, lease fee $175 and application fee $100.
