GULF-FRONT STUDIO SLEEPS FOUR TO SIX AND OVERLOOKS THE GULF OF MEXICO AND POOL!
This is a Gulf-front, second floor, studio-efficiency Condominium at the Top of The Gulf Resort. This condo is decorated with a flamingo decor throughout. Our Condominium is fully furnished. Everything is supplied except for your beach towels. You'll love the fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a 14 x 18 living/sleeping area, walk-in closet, and private bathroom.
The resort features 200' of dedicated oceanfront, a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, shuffleboard, plenty of poolside chairs, and two-story Sun Deck. The resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach within walking distance of Clubs LaVela and Spinnaker, shopping, golfing,within walking distance of Miracle Strip and other activities.
Our condo is a No Smoking, No Pets unit and we do not rent to singles under 25. We adhere strictly to these rules. All guests must register in the office and may be asked to prove age. The resort supports a family atmosphere. The resort is equipped with washers and dryers on every other floor for your use.

Peggy!!! Thank You SO MUCH!! We had a GREAT time and My Mom said it was her BEST vacation EVER! She really enjoyed Shell Island and the location of everything was fantastic! We will DEFINETELY be back next year. There was just so much to do in PCB...much more than many locations of Florida we have been to in the past years. Sept 18/04 - Oct 16/04 - We had a great time at your condo even though we arrived just after Hurricane Ivan. The crew did a great job cleaning up after the hurricane so that we never had a problem and could enjoy the wonderful location to its fullest. We were pleased to be so close to the beach as well as to the shopping and entertainment. All in all a wonderful vacation.

Great location and such a comfy unit (flannel sheets!). We really enjoyed the view of the pool and the ocean, and oh, so convenient to everything-even the laundry facility. Only thing is, I'm still seeing flamingos.
