First Floor Single Level 1200+ square foot unit has 3 bedrooms all with flat screen TVs & DVD players, central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, living room with 42" flat screen TV & DVD player, indoor & outdoor dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with full size washer & dryer, master bedroom with king size bed, large master bath with double sinks, soaking tub, separate shower & walk in closet. Owners, Jeff & Tina Mentzos reside in California. We have been visiting Hawaii for over 20 years and finally found our little piece of paradise and would like to share that paradise with you. After a morning of activities, we like to relax at the oceanfront pool sipping mai tais at the only private oceanfront bar on the entire Kohala coast. We have traveled to many places but Hawaii is where we continue to return time & time again. Come be a part of our Ohana and share the Aloha that Hawaii is all about. We welcome you to our home.

We traveled to many sun & sand vacation spots, but kept coming back to Hawaii time & time again. When we finally had the ability to purchase, we viewed over one hundred properties for sale before selecting Halii Kai. No other complex has the beautiful oceanfront sunsets/pool/restaurant/bar that is the epitome of Hawaii.

We really enjoyed the condo, the location was great. Plenty of parking and the ocean club was fantastic. The condo was clean and had everything you would need. The photos were accurate and we would stay there again. It was great value for money.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
