Complex has tennis courts, basketball court, barbecues & hammocks for guest use throughout the beautifully landscaped grounds. Located minutes to all water & land activities including Dolphin Quest, hiking, snorkeling, surfing & scuba. First Floor Single Level 1200+ square foot unit has 3 bedrooms all with flat screen TVs & DVD players, central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, living room with 42" flat screen TV & DVD player, indoor & outdoor dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with full size washer & dryer, master bedroom with king size bed, large master bath with double sinks, soaking tub, separate shower & walk in closet. Bathrooms have toiletries & hair blowers. Assigned parking spot with plenty of additional guest parking. Beach mats, cooler chest & towels provided in unit. Poolside towels are available at the private pool. Less than 5 minute drive to A-Bay for snorkeling & swimming. Less than 5 minute drive to Queens Marketplace & Kings Shops with full grocery store & many restaurants & shops.

Owners, Jeff & Tina Mentzos reside in California. We have been visiting Hawaii for over 20 years and finally found our little piece of paradise and would like to share that paradise with you. After a morning of activities, we like to relax at the oceanfront pool sipping mai tais at the only private oceanfront bar on the entire Kohala coast. We have traveled to many places but Hawaii is where we continue to return time & time again. Come be a part of our Ohana and share the Aloha that Hawaii is all about. We welcome you to our home.

We traveled to many sun & sand vacation spots, but kept coming back to Hawaii time & time again. When we finally had the ability to purchase, we viewed over one hundred properties for sale before selecting Halii Kai. There is nothing like falling into the pool after a long day of sun & sand, and watching the sunset every evening.
