  The listing is accurate as are the pictures. The owner was just great to communicate with. He answered my many questions prior to booking and communicated with us upon our arrival as well as shortly before departure. So helpful. Our family includes 16 yr old twin boys so it was so nice for them to have their own bedroom/bathroom which included his & her bathroom sinks as did our bedroom. We played some of the table games provided. I went for a walk each morning. Got to the pool 3 times. The price, the location was perfect for our family. We were very busy during our 8 night stay - NHL, NBA, Spring Training baseball, golf, Outlet mall at Anthem, Arrowhead mall, Arizona Mills(that's farther away), Sedona, Apache Junction area including Dolly Steamboat and Tortilla Flats. We need to get back there. Highly recommended!!!!!

  Stayed at this towhouse while visiting Phoenix for a week. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Bill was more than helpful before and after our stay. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone enjoying the beautiful city of Phoenix.

  I recently attended a class in Phoenix and stayed at the condo. It was perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortably furnished - kitchen well supplied. Also very conveniently located. Bill was a pleasure to deal with and I have already recommended it to a family memeber.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  My wife and I rented the condo for 9 nights and it was just perfect four our needs. We were there to play golf and the location of the condo gives direct access to the highway so it was very easy to get to many golf courses. The condo itself is perfect and contains everything you need. Even with the proximity of highway 17, it is very quiet. The pool is very near so we walked each time we decided to go. We had a wonderful time and would recommend the place without hesitation.

  The townhouse is comfortable and clean. The price for a week stay is very reasonable and is more comfortable than a hotel. The furnishings are adequate for those using the rental as a sight seeing home base. The location is excellent for access to the highway system surrounding Phoenix. We went to several spring training games during our stay and found it easy to get to the ball parks from this location.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

  My family and I had a great time staying at rental property. We liked the proximity to shopping areas and the ease of finding it. The owners were also very easy to work with and accomodated our situation. Our next trip to Phoenix we will definitely try to stay here again. Everything was very clean and all the neccesities were there.

  This home was a very clean, comfortable base to enjoy Phoenix and the surrounding area. We took advantage of the many restaurants close by as well as the Heard Museum and the Phoenix Art Museum. We drove the scenic drive to South Mountain Park where you have a fabulous view of Phoenix and also drove north on Cave Creek Road to beautiful mountains and great scenery. Our grandsons enjoyed watching the Phoenix Coyotes practice at Jobbing.com arena as well as miniature golf at the Castles-n-Coasters. They also enjoyed seeing the red rock at Sedona. As we are Canadians we really enjoyed the weather. The owners are great people to deal with and we would recommend this accommodation for a stay where you can enjoy the many attractions of Phoenix.
