The entire experience was a pleasure. The owner was more than gracious by allowing us to stay less than a week due to a family wedding and giving a fair price. In addition, the owner responded to every email immediately. The condo was like a second home and there was no stress throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend.

The property was super clean, absolutely beautiful and has wonderful view of the Myrtlewood Golf Course. The property location is SUPER CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. Great place for family vacation. Area very clean, cozy and low key, located right on the grounds of the golf course. All information about the condo were right on target. We would recommend anyone interested in enjoying the experience my family had, it's a great choice.

Beautiful condo and community. Quiet area. Condo was spacious and immaculate. Would definently visit again! Easy acess to stores and food eateries. Enjoyed our am walks around the neighborhood. Felt like home!

Look no further. This is the epitome of your home away from home. First of all, the photos are 100% accurate, the condo is immaculate, spacious, nice, well decorated with a breathtaking view of the golf course and the outside surroundings and although it's around a golf course, you don't hear a sound. It is remarkably quiet and everything in the condo works without any problems. The layout of the kitchen, the rooms, and the place itself is very neat and everything is there to make this a "home away from home." You actually feel at home and we used the washer and dryer and all the appliances with no problems. Sitting outside on the patio overlooking the golf course was so wonderful and so relaxing especially in the evenings or early morning when it wasn't too hot. It gets cool in the evening and be sure to use the pool especially if you have children because it's never overcrowded. The beds and pillows are comfortable and we all slept well at nights. There's enough sheets and pillows and towels and the like, all the things you need when you're away from home. The community itself is nice and quiet and its very safe. We would definitely come and stay here again and Travis was very helpful and clear about the expectations from day one. He's so easy to work with and you get your deposit back really quick as long as you do your part by leaving everything in proper order and not breaking stuff. All we can say is that our week here was well worth the trip and the condo's decor is certainly to a lady's delight. It's spacious too so there's room enough for everyone to move around. The condo is close to everything - actually walking distance and be sure to save by shopping at Bi-Rite. The beach is right up the road and all the fun activities like pirate voyage and wonder works are close by (be sure to do the pirate voyage show - well worth it!!!!). Skip the aquarium; it's a waste of your money - nothing much to see other than a few skinny sharks. Go to Hamburger Joe's which is close to Barefoot Landing if you like burgers. If you are a parent with an only child we suggest that your child bring a playmate because there's two single beds in the children's room and they'll at least have some company while parents spend some time to talk or catch a DVD. We can't wait to come back and this indeed is the best kept secret in all of Myrtle Beach.

Our stay here was excellent from start to finish. Clean rooms. Travis is so nice and helpful. He made sure we were comfortable and knew what was where, etc. He even replaced our itouch wall charger that we left there. The cleaning service didn't find it, so he bought a new one and mailed it to us!!! Incredible.

I can't say enough about how great the owner of this unit was to deal with. He responded promptly to all emails, gave us great directions, and was very professional. The condo was very nicely furnished as well. It was very close to Broadway at the Beach, and to all of the "fun" activities for the kids. We stayed here for a golf vacation with our 12 year old during Thanksgiving, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The bed was a little softer than my husband and I prefer (but we have an extra firm Tempurpedic at home...so I'm not sure that's a fair comparison!) This is a very nice very nice condo, in a fantastic location, and well worth the money! The owner was a pleasure to do business with!! Highly recommended!

This was the perfect home from home whilest playing in the world amateur handicap championships. Location couldn't have been better.Really central yet peacefully quiet,and backing on to myrtlewood golf course as well !! However,the greatest asset this home has is Travis's attention to the small things.soaps,washing up liquid,laundry liquid,coffee filters etc are all in abundance. How thoughtful...thank you. I would definitely go back.

I came up the week of August 1-6 for the Cal ripken baseball tournament.The condo was beautiful,clean,fresh sheet,towels.The beds were comfortable and the veiw was awsome and very tranquil.Over all the place was a 10.The owner was very nice and very professional.After i left a few days later he sent back my deposit very quickly.I highly recommend this place. Well worth the price.A+++

I came up August 1 for 6 days for the cal ripkin tournament.my family really love the condo.It was very clean and the veiw was very nice.The owner travis was certainly professional and a great guy.after i left i received my security back very quickly.The place is beautiful beds were comfortable andd overall the place was awsome.I highly recommend this palce.

A fantastic place. Quiet and peaceful. The condo is clean. The view of the 8th hole golf course is amazing. You have access to both outdoor and indoor pool. The condo is near the beach a lot of parking space. We have a wonderful trip and You would come back anytime. You won't regret your staying.

What a great location and condo ... My family and I were at Myrtle Beach for the week and we wanted to stay a couple of days longer when we found this listing on VRBO. This place was VERY convenient to the water park and Broadway at the beach (couple of blocks) which is exactly what we wanted, plus it was nice to be on the balcony watching the golfers go by .. wishing I could have joined them. We were there the weekend of the British Open and it was a pleasure to watch it on the 60 inch TV. The beds were comfortable, the condo was very clean and the owner was GREAT to work with .. It feels like he's a friend now .. Thanks again Travis

Myrtle Beach Vacation

Our family vactioned at Myrtle Beach the third week of July and truely enjoyed our experience there.The condo was beautifully and tastefully decorated,very clean,fully equiped with all the things we needed and also had a wonderful view overlooking the golf course.Normally we would stay right on the strip in the middle of all the hustle and bustle but this gave us a more calming way to enjoy our vacation.We were not very far from the beach at all either.Travis who owns the condo was very pleasant to deal with and we had no problems with him.He was very organized in all instructions and answered any calls we had to make.We definately would recommend staying there and will probably visit the condo in the near future.

My family and I absolutely loved this place! It was exactly as described and more. This is a very well-maintained and very clean place to stay. To the big screen television, the surround sound audio system and the proximity to the pools and grill....we were so relaxed we almost thought we were home. If only my family had not kept me on the go so much. I thought it was going to be a vacation but it was more like R&R.....Rest then Reload for the next adventure! Travis was very good to work with, and we definitely will stay here again if he will have us!

We loved this condo! You feel like you're really away from the crowds once you enter this place as it overlooks the golf course with no buildings in sight off the back deck. Yet we were just minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, great restaurants,and the strip. The large screen tv was fantastic, there were nice bamboo floors, and we even grilled out over by the pool. For groceries, Bi-Lo is just around the corner, very convenient!
