This newly constructed, luxury REAL LOG cabin has four bedroom, three and a half baths, plus a media room with a big screen tv, DVD, VCR, surround sound, and a play station. It is beautifully decorated with leather sofas, flat screen TV's's, King and Queen poster beds, a bistro and much, much more. Here you will enjoy a perfectly private and relaxing time.
The Great Escape cabin sits nestled among mature hardwoods where you will enjoy perfect privacy and a nice mountain view. The cabin has three floors with all of the modern comforts of home. Whether you are rocking your cares away from the back deck, soaking in the hot tub and staring into the mountains from the lower deck, or just lounging on the big leather sofa in front of a blazing fire and watching your favorite show, you will certainly feel at home. The cabin offers entertainment for everyone, both inside and out. There is a fire pit beside the cabin for those great times for smores, hot dogs, or just warming up to the outdoor fire. It is cozy enough for just you and that special someone, yet there is plenty of room for family and friends to join in your getaway if you desire. This cabin is within walking distance to Hemptown Creek, a State of Georgia Designated Trout Stream, for the trout fisherman in the crowd. The cabin has a great location, only minutes from all the conveniences of town, but miles and miles away from all your cares. The Blue Ridge Lake is only a short six minute drive, as well as the Toccoa River, one of the Southeast's Premier trout fisheries, and a great place to go tubing. White water rafting is only about fifteen minutes away on the Ocoee River, site of the 1996 Olympic white water sports. Whether you come for a day or for weeks, The Great Escape, will take you away.

We live in Florida, and just love coming to the beautiful mountains of Georgia. We started going to the mountains many years ago, and finally decided that a mountain cabin was what we wanted in order to escape the fast paced life, and the hot Florida days and nights.
Why the Owner Chose Blue Ridge
Our cabin sits beautifully with no close neighbors, you can only see one other home from ours and that is from the driveway. The privacy combined with the cabin being only minutes from the conveniences from the great town of Blue Ridge made it the perfect spot for us. As far as why Blue Ridge, check it out and see for yourself, everyone there is great they are very nice, and the lifestyle is very laid back.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
While staying at our property we enjoy a little bit of everything, relaxing in the hot tub, reading books, watching movies in our theatre room, as well as all of the great outdoor activities that the North Georgia Mountains have to offer. in our cabin it is very quiet, and there are basically no worries while we are there.
