Holiday Isle condo, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, located in Shoreline Towers I in the heart of Destin and directly on the world-famous Emerald Coast white beaches.
You can view the beach and the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your living room while watching TV or enjoying your favorite beverage. Take the elevator down and stretch out on the sugary white sand.
One bedroom has a king bed, the second has a queen bed with floor length windows for breathtaking views of the harbor and the glows of sunsets.
The third bedroom has 2 double beds with a great view of the beach. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, tiled floors, plus 3 TVs/DVDs.
Golfers have available one free round and half a cart per paying day in our condo at your choice of several upscale courses: The Links at Sandestin, Bluewater Bay Golf Resort or the Golf Garden Executive length course.
Convenient locked storage has some beach stuff for your use and is near your front door and the elevator. Also, umbrellas and canvas chairs are available right on the beach for rental. The complex has a fitness center, sauna, heated pool for year round use, two tennis courts lighted for nighttime use and shuffleboard. It is a gated facility with 24 hour security guard on-site.
