Year Purchased: 2005
Professional skier, avid hiker and terrible golfer, but enjoy playing. Thought I was going to be hired by developer to bring large project on line, bought a home and times changed. Dog lover and allow dogs with renters. We live/work in Sun Valley, Idaho and have for 35 years, this is our desert getaway which we use when possible.
Why the Owner Chose Bermuda Dunes
I wanted an North/South facing home, backyard on north side so windows don't need to be covered, natural light all day long, looking at the pool, elevated corner lot, master suite on east end of home with mountain views, I'm a mountain boy and needed mountain views from each part of the lot. Large private backyard, easy access to shopping, nearby golfing, restaurants and hiking. I like a neighborhood with year around neighbors. My neighbor is fabulous!
The Unique Benefits of this Home
I provide a membership to a nearby club, free fitness center for my guests and $29/18 holes of golf with cart, (lowest rate available) Winterhaven CC and Cimeron CC, views, Italian and Chinese food on Washington, Mexican on Jefferson, 15 minutes from bump and grind and La Quinta Promenade, C.O.D., Paseo Blvd, great neighbors, great views, privacy in my back yard. East side master, west side garage, easy to cool, simple to heat, look at the pool all day, grapefruit in the morning, limes for Mohitos in the evenings. Sand lots in both directions for the pups!
