We chose our upper floor 2 BR/Den home because of it's private garden view lanai, and proximity to the beach and all that Pelican Bay and Naples have to offer. With the help of a professional decorator, we now are prepared to offer it for seasonal rental for the first time. Furniture, Appliances, woodwork, beds, linens, and all furnishings are new this fall. The reserved covered parking space is at the front door.
Enjoy all these new features in a garden spot with mature trees and landscaping, as you walk out the door to the pool, spa and sunbathing area less than 300 feet away. Enjoy biking, the Waterside Shops shopping, the Naples Philharmonic, tennis, golf, and for many - best of all the private beach areas of Pelican Bay. Ride the free tram or walk on the boardwalk to our beaches where changing facilities with showers, beach chairs and umbrellas are all provided and waiting for you. Enjoy a lunch or dinner at one of our private beach front restaurants or enjoy a happy hour drink and watch a beautiful sunset.
