For the last 15-20 years we have been vacationing in the Clearwater, Florida area every winter. Some friends of ours from Canada told us about a great spot near Naples and we took a trip down to check it out. We fell in love with the area and bought a lovely vacation home that we can use ourselves and share with others. The ocean is warm, the climate is perfect and there lots of activities for people of all ages.

This unit was perfect. Wonderful for a nice tropical vacation away from the cold and snow. We also enjoyed all the amenities Fountain Lakes offers. Great fitness room.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
Clean, comfortable and quiet accomodations.

The description of the condo as listed was very accurate and perhaps some of the exterior views do not do it justice when sitting on the balcony in the screened lanai. The unit is very well maintained, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. With the exception of a minor AC unit problem on the first day of our arrival which was remedied rather quickly by the owner all information provided in the listing is very accurate. The Fountain Lakes complex is very well equipped with a variety of activities for the 55+ crowd, as well as, for families with children. We definetely would consider a return to this condo and would not hesitate to recommend same to family and friends. The location of the condo and the complex is very central and provides easy access to the many nearby SWF beaches, many shopping malls and restaurants.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

My husband and I just returned from Estero renting this condo from 2/1 to 3/31. It is a beautiful condo and exactly as the pictures represent. The condo was spotless when we arrived and very easy to keep clean while we were there. Peter and Elizabeth were really pleasant and easy to work with for the rental. Condo is situated in a great location and so convenient to all the shopping, restaurants and beaches in the Bonita Springs, Fort Myers Beach and Naples areas, about 15 minutes from your door to Lovers Key which is a great spot. Close to Naples Zoo and Naples Botanical Gardens and many other fine attractions. It's also only about 2 1/2 hours to Clearwater to see the Phillies Grapefruit League games at Brighthouse Field, although the Minnesota Twins stadium is very close by and it is nice to see those games. The Phillies are our home team and we enjoyed the ride up to Clearwater to see them play. Neighbors that we met were all very friendly and the activities and people at the club house were also nice. Would definitely rent this condo again and will recommend it to family and friends.
