Also very close to Loveland Ski area and only 30 min. to Vail and Beaver Creek Ski Resorts.
This modern and well-equipped condo offers you over 1,000 square feet of comfortable living space and there is also a walk-out patio for you to further enjoy the magnificent lake and mountain views. There are two master suites with upgraded double vanities and full baths. One Master Suite boasts a mountain-log queen-size bed and the other has two mountain-log full-size beds. The roomy living room sofa can convert into yet another queen-size bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for you to entertain at your leisure. We have tastefully decorated the unit with local Colorado pieces and have included for your enjoyment a DVD, CD, library as well as numerous board games and books. We also have a high-speed DSL computer hookup, as well as wireless for your email and internet needs.

The newly renovated Frisco Nordic Center is very close and offers sleigh rides, cross country hiking trails and a new tubing area. over the years we've been to summit co 40+ times and with VRBO at least 20+ times..this place has it all. our priorities are comfortable beds,comfy living room, cleanliness and amenities. no disappointments. tons of movies, games etc. as well as a fully stocked kitchen (you don't have to buy salt, spices, paper products, etc) and the bathrooms had all types of hygiene and skin care items.....it was like a luxury hotel. great location on the lake. it was all good..........we'll be back!!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.
