Our condo "Southern Lemonade" is a ground floor unit. When you walk in you will find a comfortable, well decorated Great Room and dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and linens. Granite Counters. Full size Washer & Dryer. To make you feel at home in the kitchen you will find an Espresso Machine, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Grill & Blender for making a cool drink to enjoy on the screened patio.
Split bedroom floor plan. Master bedroom has Queen size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets. 20' flat screen TV's are located in the bedrooms. If you need a home office area while you're visiting, we have it. WIFI for your laptop. One bedroom has been set up with a desk for a work area.
The Condo is positioned on the corner of the building which affords quiet and privacy. You can lay by the pool, soak up the Sun and enjoy doing nothing. Kiddies can play in the 2 ft. deep Kids Pool. Also enjoy Covered cabana area at the pool with fans.
"Southern Lemonade" is Located near YMCA, pharmacies and restaurants. The weather - October thru March... warm days and cool nights great for checking the other attractions near by. You can browse the Specialty Shops in Fairhope, AL. Catch an Arts & Craft Festival. Historical Mobile, AL has the Battleship USS Alabama. Bellingrath Gardens is a must with thousands of species of flowers to enjoy.

Why the Owner Chose Foley
My husband and I both grew up near the beach. (West Coast...Gulf Coast). We were married at the Chapel in Gulf Shores. Our Wedding reception was on the beach at Gulf Shores. Foley was a perfect location for us to have our Condo "Southern Lemonade" as a getaway place. MaisyMae and Rusty (our 2 dogs) enjoy kicking back with us.

Located just minutes from the sandy beaches of Gulf Shores with Public access to the Beach. You might Catch a Dolphin Cruise, Play at Waterville USA. Or maybe take a wild ride on the Go Cart Track. Old and Young enjoy Visiting the Gulf Shore Zoo or the Huge Aquarium. You can browse the Antique Shops, Shop til you drop at Tanger Outlet Mall with 120 stores, hit a few balls on a championship Golf Courses. Enjoy the Wharf at Orange Beach with one of their live concerts.

My family and I stayed here from August 7 -- 14th. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The Condo was convenient to shopping and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores (plus farmers markets--oh yea we had fresh garden veggie night). It was roomy, comfortable and clean. It has nice amenities like cookware, basic seasonings and toiletry items. Its nice to not have to pack everything in and out. The public swimming pool was crystal clear and deserted. We had the whole thing to ourselves 3-4 times. We probably spent as much time at the pool as the beach. We have stayed at several condo's in Ft. Morgan and Gulf Shores and for the price of this place you can't beat it. I paid more for crappy hotel rooms on the trip down than I did here. Sure its not on the water but its half the cost. I figured gas to the beach, food at the beach and paid parking at the beach was alot less than the money we saved on our rooms. Plus they are large pet friendly. Jackie was very easy to deal with and quick to call back if she couldn't answer when you called. I would recommend "southern lemonade" to anyone with pets, kids or for a quick trip to the beach. We will be staying there this coming summer. (I must admit I am torn about leaving a glowing review since it will make it harder for me to reserve it in the future)

A WONDERFUL CONDO, THIS IS OUR SECOND TIME AT SOUTHERN LEMONADE, . WE WILL CERTAINLY WANT TO STAY HERE AGAIN, IF AND WHEN WE GET BACK DOWN TO THE GULF. HAVE BEEN COMING TO THE GULF FOR AT LEAST 20 YEARS AND THIS CONDO IS THE BEST WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN. WE ARE ELDERLY AND FITS OUR NEEDS PERFECTLY.

Dear Jackie, The stay in your condo was wonderful, the place was perfect for us. Although we were not in the condo for long periods of time it was great to have a comfortable place to go back to and relax after long days on the golf course. Having the extra fold out sofa worked out for us also, as one of my friends had been sleeping in a small RV , on the floor, so we invited him to spend the last couple of nights with us. We were able to do a couple loads of laundry before we left, we were out early in the morning, Saturday, as we had a 13 hour drive ahead us of through a snow storm in Missouri. What a drastic weather change from the beautiful weather we had in Alabama. We were able to play 117 holes of golf in 4 days. Thank You and your family so much for your southern hospitality of your condo, If my girl friend and I decide to visit we will contact you again, Your friend forever,

What a great place to stay in Foley! We felt right at home the minute we walked in and it just got better. I will stay here again. Jackie is a great host.

Hi Jackie- All I can say is Thank you!!! We had a great time and the condo is fabulous! We couldn't believe we got such a good price for such a great condo! We had a great time even though we couldn't swin in the ocean. We went to three good places to eat-LULU'S, the Pink Poney and Calypso Joe's. I hope we left everything the way it needed to be and I'm passing on the experience to everyone I know that travels your way. Thanks again and I hope we have the chance to visit again next year!

Jackie, What a great place to stay. We really enjoyed staying in your condo so much. The pool was wonderful and we could hardly get the kids to come out. I hope we left everything in good order, that was our intent. Thank you so much and we look forward to staying there again.
