Lovely, peaceful mountain location. Close to Topanga Town (2 miles). Wonderful flat, grassy yard with nice play structure. Great star gazing from the hot tub. Close to dog friendly Red Rock Park with phenomenal hiking and mountain biking trails. Minutes to Topanga Beach. 15 min to Malibu. Fantastic hiking and horseback riding -guided tours nearby. Beautiful creek meanders through the property, lovely creek-side dining. The house and property are shaded by a 100 year old oak tree. New 6 person hot tub and new electric fireplace. We love the peaceful, easy feeling of Topanga. This is a wonderful place to share with family and friends.
Please note that the guest house on the property is rented to month-to-month tenant and is off limits to the short term renter. Thanks.

This is our beautiful home. We have a second home in Malibu but there is something so special about Topanga. You can refresh and recharge yourself here in the Canyon. It is a great place to share laughs with friends, sit in the hot tub and enjoy the stars and owls hooting. We love it here...close to the city, yet worlds away!
