The Condo was as photos reflected it to be and amenities were as appeared on web site. The condo as well as the property was clean and well maintained. The 20/20 Real Estate Services was very nice and helpful to us. Would recommend to family and friends as well as a return visit for our family. We have a wonderful stay.Recommended for: Pet owners, girls getaway.

We had a great experience at Seachase. The condo is in a great location, not far from SR 79 (great access to the new airport and I-10) and a Winn Dixie. The condo is huge with plenty of room for 2 couples. Great view of the Gulf from both bedrooms and the great room. The bedrooms are huge, and the mattresses comfortable. New updates are in the future. We had one rainy day, so per recommendation of Bill the 20/20 realtor we took a daytrip to Eden Gardens State Park. Incredible place and highly recommend. We traveled further west and ate at Mitchells Fish Market in Sandestin. Excellent restaurant with reasonable prices. After lunch, we proceeded to the outlet shops just 10 minutes away. We selected Seachase primarily because several units allowed small dogs and we wanted to bring our two little ones with us. We were very happy with the location on the west end of the beach, away from most of the high-rises which were already filling with kids there for Spring Break the following weekend. This was strictly a relaxation getaway weekend with no plans to do or see anything in particular; lucky for us since the weather was terrible Fri and Sat. It was great being able to open the blinds in the morning and have breakfast with the waves crashing right outside. The unit itself was very clean and the kitchen had nearly every utensil, pot, dish, etc that we needed. Huge, open floorplan, enormous closets and comfortable beds. The unit itself could use some updating but the rental is cheaper than all of the other dog-friendly units we considered. There is a Winn-Dixie just up the road where we bought groceries and it has a great selection of fresh produce and a large organic area. A very short drive brings you to the Pier Park area where there is a dog beach and we enjoyed letting our pooches get their feet wet. While we didn't eat out and can't recommend any restaurants, we did see several within walking distance. Everyone at 20/20 Real Estate was friendly and helpful and we would definitely call on them for our future rental needs in PCB. We would also absolutely stay at Seachase again but may try a different unit next time.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway.
