Incredible water views! This beautiful and spacious gulf access pool home offers you a stunning view of Rosemary Lake. The home was built in 2005 and completely re-decorated by the new owners in January 2009. Everything is brand new!
The house is close to all of the best shopping and dining in Cape Coral such as Kohls, Publix, Target, Unos, Carrabbas, Outback and much more. 15 minute drive to Fort Myers via Veterans Memorial Pkwy.
Experience the "model home" feeling in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The luxurious master bedroom includes a king-size bed and LCD TV. The master bathroom has dual vanities, roman walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub, with all the comfort you will need.
The two guest rooms ("The Seaside & The Safari") share the second bathroom. The Safari Room offers two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The Seaside Room offers a queen size bed. Both rooms have ample storage space and are nicely decorated.
In the living room you can enjoy the 42" flat screen television, including cable TV, DVD, stereo (in/outside adjustable), wireless high speed internet, fax, and phone service.
Outside you can enjoy the breathtaking lake view from the lanai, a BBQ grill, as well as the electric heated chlorine free salt pool, with waterfall. The house also has a boat dock, so you can rent a boat (we can recommend boat rentals) or bring your own.
The house is conveniently located just one mile from the new Publix and just off Pine Island Road with it`s newer shops and restaurants.
Also within a short drive (less than 5 minutes) is a beautiful new park, including playground, and tennis courts, and more.

The location is just fantastic and we love the views across Lake Rosemary. The sunsets are spectacular! Our home is very close to a newer public park with playground and tennis courts, Publix Supermarket, Kohls, Carabbas Restaurant, UNOs Pizza, and much more.

The fabulous lake view is a huge plus. The master suite and bath are luxurious and include a large walk around shower, and jetted garden tub centered in the middle of the bathroom.
