Come Relax on the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of Pensacola Beach! This cute and roomy one bedroom one bath condo is perfect for a couple or a family of 4 or 5. The bedroom includes comfy Queen and Twin beds. All pillows and mattresses are covered with allergy covers. There is a full-size pull-out sofa that is topped with a 2.5 inch latex memory foam topper, so the bed is very comfortable. You will not feel any bars stick in your back on this sofa bed.
The comfy oversized chair also has a twin size pull-out. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes both glass dishes and "non breakable" dishes for the little ones. The leather sectional provides plenty of sitting area, and there is a nice selection of DVDs for you and your family to enjoy. We've also stocked the condo with some "board games", so plan a "Family Game Night".
The private balcony overlooks the lagoon and pool. The lagoon is home to many ducks and swans, who are always ready for attention. The kids always love feeding the ducks. The pool side condo office has Wi-Fi, so you can sit by the pool and surf the internet. The beautiful Gulf of Mexico beach is a short walk from our condo. Our condo is located on the Gulf side, so you do not have to cross any roads or leave the private condo property to get to the beach.
Pensacola Beach has lot of activities to offer from Dolphin Cruises, Deep Sea Fishing, parasailing, jet skis, scuba diving (U.S.S. Oriskany) and more. Not to mention the fabulous seafood that is available. There are miles of paved, flat bike trails on the beach. Historic Ft. Pickens, part of the National Seashore, is a short 10 minutes from our condo. The National Seashore is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen.
The City of Pensacola is a short drive from Pensacola Beach, and includes the must-see Museum of Naval Aviation. The City of Pensacola is rich in history and a tour of the Pensacola Historic District is worth a trip. There is a large hospital, Gulf Breeze Hospital, within 15 minutes of our condo. We include a welcome packet at our condo that includes lots of information about local restaurants and attractions.
For enhanced security, we use PayPal for our credit card transactions; however, you do not have to have a PayPal account. A 2% discount will be given for cash transactions; however, personal checks are required to clear 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Please note that a refund will be given on any dates that the Island is closed for a mandatory beach evacuation due to a hurricane.

Why the Owner Chose Villas on the Gulf
We chose a condo in Villas on the Gulf because we love the location and the condo complex. Villas on the Gulf is not a "high rise" condominium complex. It feels much more like a home than a room in a hotel.

Our condo complex has a pool that the whole family can enjoy. We are also just a short walk, through the private condo property, to the beach where you can enjoy the sugar white sand and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico.

We purchased our condo on Pensacola Beach in August 2009. We absolutely love our "Home Away From Home". Our family of 4, which includes our two sons, love to spend time relaxing on the beach and playing in the pool. It's a blessing to have a vacation home, so close to where we live. This gives us the opportunity to enjoy our condo more frequently, and also care for it ourselves.

This condo was EXACTLY what we needed! This is the first time I have used VRBO to rent and we weren't disappointed! The condo was exactly as described, with even more touches of home! We were visiting for a wedding and I had forgotten to put together the picture frame I bought for my grandmother, and was scrambling trying to figure out how to get it together and get to the rehearsal dinner on time - KIM TO THE RESCUE!!! There was a roll of scotch tape in the kitchen drawer. It truly is the simple things that make all the difference!! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was great and everything was so clean! The welcome notebook was an awesome idea! It helped to have everything right there in one spot! I would definately recommend this one for anyone looking for a wonderful weekend getaway. =)

It was an awesome condo and sweet people to rent from. Nothing needed everything provided but your own personal things..it was special. We loved the surf, sand, and shells. I so loved to see the sun come up and collect shells early. We deep sea fished what a great experience and yummy fish. We rode our bikes for miles and loved the sunny deck with all the ducks to feed and sea gulls too. It was a special time in a special place we just loved it. We will be coming back next year. Thanks Kim and family for a great time and a sweet place.

We spent the weekend here, and it was just perfect; the beach just a short walk away, a shared pool, a lagoon filled with ducks with nice scenery and easy parking. We didn't go without a thing - this condo had everything we needed: stocked with working appliances, dinnerware and utensils, clean and cozy; with all the comforts of being home. The little extras were great, too -- books, magazines, dvd’s, extra pillows, blankets … etc. We will return again!
