  The apartment was absolutely amazing :). Kim was super awesome about the whole deal :). The condo was super clean, and the decorations and dishware throughout the condo was super cute. The beach is a mere 2-3 minute walk from the condo; the beach is also very quiet. If you want a more quiet adventure on the beach other than Pensacola Beach, the private beach associated with the condo is where to be. The view from the balcony is beautiful; although, part of it is the parking lot, there is a lagoon where the kids can feed the ducks, and at sunset, it's spectacular :). There is only one bedroom, but it has a full size bed and a twin. There is also a pull out bed in both the couch and loveseat. Everything from linens, to dishware is supplied, so there is no need in "moving" as my family and I call it. This I know, is very handy for big families. There was plenty of games, and a ton of family movies at the condo as well. The condo is also super easy to find, it's only 3 miles from Pensacola Beach, which is not that far of a walk; moreover, it's not loud, and you don't have any "loud" people walking by your door, like you would if you were staying in a motel. Also, there are plenty of taxi services and tram stops if you don't want to drive and worry about parking. We had an amazing time; we stayed during the DeLuna Fest weekend. We really appreciate Kim and her family for renting out their condo; and if you want no hassle and a cheap/really nice place to stay, Kim and her family's condo is the place to go. We will most definitely be returning when we stay in Florida again!

  The condo was clean, comfortable and roomy. The property owners were accomodating and available if we needed them. This is our third visit to Pensacola and this trip was all about taking my son to get settled in for college. We took advantage of the little time we had left with him to have a mini-vacation. We greatly appreciate the overall quiet/respectful environment which allows you to relax and enjoy the amazing views, activities and your own family! Thank you Kim for allowing us in your beach home...it was truly and blessing!

  We are college students, and we stayed here over fall break. It was exactly what we needed! Something to get away from all of our stress. We wanted something quiet. The unit was not directly on the beach, but it was a very short walk to a private beach. No crowd whatsoever. We had no idea we were staying during De Luna Fest, but despite the crowded streets, the beach remained quiet where we stayed. It was perfect. Area was nice. We drove to the Destin outlet mall for a day. Many things to do. Highly recommend this condo. We prefer to do a lot of home cooking, and we were able to do this with the fully equipped kitchen. Publix was a quick drive over the bridge to the mainland. We stopped there several times. However, Flounder's was the best seafood in town! We ate their twice. The owners were great. Thanks for lending your home to us!

  This condo was EXACTLY what we needed! This is the first time I have used VRBO to rent and we weren't disappointed! The condo was exactly as described, with even more touches of home! We were visiting for a wedding and I had forgotten to put together the picture frame I bought for my grandmother, and was scrambling trying to figure out how to get it together and get to the rehearsal dinner on time - KIM TO THE RESCUE!!! There was a roll of scotch tape in the kitchen drawer. It truly is the simple things that make all the difference!! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was great and everything was so clean! The welcome notebook was an awesome idea! It helped to have everything right there in one spot! I would definately recommend this one for anyone looking for a wonderful weekend getaway. =)

  It was an awesome condo and sweet people to rent from. Nothing needed everything provided but your own personal things..it was special. We loved the surf, sand, and shells. I so loved to see the sun come up and collect shells early. We deep sea fished what a great experience and yummy fish. We rode our bikes for miles and loved the sunny deck with all the ducks to feed and sea gulls too. It was a special time in a special place we just loved it. We will be coming back next year. Thanks Kim and family for a great time and a sweet place.

  We spent the weekend here, and it was just perfect; the beach just a short walk away, a shared pool, a lagoon filled with ducks with nice scenery and easy parking. We didn't go without a thing - this condo had everything we needed: stocked with working appliances, dinnerware and utensils, clean and cozy; with all the comforts of being home. The little extras were great, too -- books, magazines, dvd’s, extra pillows, blankets … etc. We will return again!
