Palais Royal, 30 rue Montpensier 75001 Paris, 70m2 or 753 square feet sleeps 4. This beautiful 2 bedroom Paris apartment is situated right on the gardens of historic Palais Royal. It is the ideal spot for a family, friends, or couples traveling together who want to experience real Parisian living.

The apartment has its own private entryway from the street AND another from the gardens. The apartment is distributed over three levels. It consists of a living room, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bathroom with toilet, and a second toilet.

The living room, located on the ground floor, has high ceilings and floor to ceiling French windows that open onto the gardens of Palais Royal. The bedroom are located on the 1st floor (American 2nd floor). One of the bedrooms has a beautiful window with a view of the Palais Royal, and the other bedroom overlooks the rue Montpensier. Both bedrooms have double beds.

The small but modern bathroom has an enclosed bathtub with an American shower. The living room is furnished with a mix of antiques, cozy chairs and a comfortable couch that folds out to make a double bed. There is a color TV, radio/cassette player, and a phone that can call anywhere. The kitchen, located on the underground level, has a dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, juice maker, iron, vacuum, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils necessary for cooking and eating.

The elegant, warm and charming decor is relaxing and inviting. Everything in the apartment has been modernized to give maximum comfort and convenience while maintaining old-world charm. The location of the apartment is superb for exploring Paris, shopping and fine dining. The Louvre around the corner, place des Victoires, the Seine, Blvd St. Germain, place de la Concorde, Tuilerie Gardens, and place Vendome are all within easy walking distance.

There are many wonderful Paris restaurants, cafes, wine bars, food shops, bakeries, and patisseries close by. You will adore your chance to live like a Parisian. We will be at hand to meet and settle you into the apartment, answer questions and help out in any way we can.

Please Note: that there are stairways leading from the entryway to the bedrooms and from the living-room to the kitchen. They are fairly narrow and could pose a problem for someone elderly or someone who has trouble walking. Please alert us of any disabilities, allergies or health problems you may have so we can make sure the apartment will appropriately meet your needs.
