Our family had a wonderful time together at Beacon Light! There were 12 of us, of all ages, and the house was very comfortable. The newly covered deck was a wonderful place to enjoy time together at all times of the day. The views were beautiful! We even saw a wedding on the beach and dolphins playing in the water across from our beach house. The web site pictures accurately portray the rooms in the house. When the satellite TV wasn't working due to the recent deck roof construction we contacted the number for the property manager and it was promptly repaired. That made the Ranger and Maverick fans in our group extremely happy! :) There is always something to do. Our days were filled with swimming, boogie boarding, volleyball, fishing, making sandcastles, collecting shells, relaxing in the sun and shade, flying kites, and much more. I would recommend Beacon Light to any family looking for a great beach stay.

Best Ever Surfside Stay

The location was perfect!!! The deck was amazing! Great accomodations, the house was clean and spacious. We stayed for a week and want to go back already! We set our canopy up on the beach when we arrived and it stayed up all week, it was nice to be "part of the group" while sitting on the deck if you didn't feel like going down to the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone that enjoys watching a great sunrise or sunset. The deck has a large covered area and also a nice area to lie in the sun. Perfect!!!! We ran out of a couple items and didn't feel like driving, fortunately this house is only a few blocks from the local convenience store and we just took a short walk. Once again I will say Perfect!!! We will be back!!!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Amazing Environment for an Amazing Birthday

Our family takes pride in the birthday parties we throw for each other, but Beacon Light set a new bar! The house became a home instantly. The notion that Light Houses helped guide people safely back to their loved ones made it even more magical. Sitting on the deck each morning with my granddaughter created memories I will hold in my heart for years. I would leave the deck to go in to watch my grandson make his mark as the crawled, seriously, for the first time right there at Beacon LIght! The house is stocked extremely well, even down to the wine glasses we used to toast our thirty year old!!! I guarantee you that you, too, will rush home to write your own rave review! Now, if only I gave enough hints to be able to have my sixty fourth birthday there in January :)

We had a great time in Surfside while staying at Beacon Light. The people were great and very friendly. The weather was different every day. We enjoyed being outside and got to see the Coast Guard pick a guy out of the Gulf right from our deck. Had a nice time barbecuing and fishing. We highly recommend the house. Hope to go back again.

The view from “Beacon Light” is wonderful and the beach is amazing. My family and I had a great time looking out on the water. My kids really enjoyed the waves and were happy to see all the boats and surfers. This is really a great home and I would love to visit “Beacon Light” again. All in all, I give this home two thumbs up and would recommend anyone and everyone staying there if given the oppurtunity to do so. I promise you will enjoy it.

I had a Wonderful experience at Beacon Light with a group of girlfriends. We had a great time and enjoyed the amount of space, comfort, and amenities Beacon Light provides. The view from the balcony was amazing and the sunrise was spectacular!! I would highly recommend!

This was my first visit to Beacon Light, but hopefully not my last. The sunrise over the ocean, the deck, the beach...it was all stunning. It was the perfect setting for a "girls getaway". Seven of us were quite comfortable throughout the chilly weekend. We look forward to returning when the weather is a bit warmer and we can spend more time on the beach.

My family and I comfortably enjoyed our memorable stay at Beacon Light. The incredible view of the ocean is absolutely breathtaking! There were so many wonderful memories created that week. The amenities in the house were wonderful, with pleny of spacious room for our clan to enjoy quiet time as well as time together. The spectacular evenings on the deck are times that will be remembered for years to come with a nice breeze and the sound of the waves hitting the shore. Thank you for a fantastic vacation. We plan on returning time and time again!

A pleasure from beginning to end! The house is beach front on a part of Surfside that does not allow driving on the beach. There was no stress because we did not have to worry about cars where the kids played. The deck was awesome and a favorite place to hang out and star gaze late into the evening! The house is beautifully decorated with a "Lighthouse" theme and was fully stocked with just about anything you could need in a beach rental. Loved it & we will definitely stay again when we return to Surfside! Our deposit was promptly refunded within one week. Thanks a million!

Our family stayed at this beautiful home and it was amazing. The view of the beach and ocean is wonderful and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect home. Everything we needed plus more was provided which made our stay even more comfortable. I will definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to spend time at Surfside Beach!
