Our 1 bedroom unit is located on the ground floor of Fifth Ave Place in Global City. The patio door opens directly to the pool and surrounding area without leaving your condo - this is so nice!
Very private location in the building just off the lobby entrance. The kitchen has the latest technology for cooking with the microwave doubling as an oven and the stove top is induction cooking which is extremely safe and easy to use. The unique parquet floor is a very comfortable addition and the unit has floor to ceiling windows on all sides. (This is a corner unit as well)

Why the Owner Chose Taguig City
We really like the Global City area and the location of Fifth Ave Place. It is a very safe area and has lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. This is a growing area in the Philippines and all of the surrounding buildings are very new and nice.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Sitting around the pool is very relaxing, the gym room and badminton courts are easy to use and lots of fun. Very easy to go for walks or to get a taxi and go to Market/Market or Makati. Always seems to have a nice breeze outside. The evening skyline is beautiful.
