Office with supplies, and work desk, one twin bed in office for additional sleeping. Separate Laundry room, with utility sink, and counter for folding laundry. Queen and double inflatable mattresses available. Welcome basket with local goodies provided for weekly stays.

Hiking, many state parks with water falls and summer swimming. 10 minutes to Ice Skating arenas. Many lakes for boating, swimming, 10 minutes to kayaking. Why the Owner Chose Cortland
Decided to convert my former family home into a vacation rental, as the location is near skiing, lakes, Cornell University, and SUNY Cortland; to offer other families the enjoyment I have been surrounded with for years.

Many areas to hike, state land all around the home within 5-10 minutes, enjoy the finger lakes trails, Lime Hollow Nature Center is less than 5 minutes away with trails, easy to challenging. Greek Peak Ski area with Hope Lake is only 10 minutes away, with trails, canoeing, kayaking, swimming. Pyramid Mall in Ithaca 20 minutes away. Within 5-10 minutes in Cortland Walmart, Kmart, Fashion Bug, JcPenney, Payless Shoes, some specialty stores Downtown Cortland.
