The Kelley House, a centrally located 4 bedroom Victorian, has retained much of its 1860 charm while offering newly renovated bathrooms and a modern eat-in kitchen. Enjoy spacious air-conditioned rooms with hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings in all 3 second floor bedrooms (the 1st floor bedroom is ideal for those who find stairs difficult).
Five skylights throughout the second floor, and stained glass adds to the cozy atmosphere. If you are not gazing at the stars through the skylights, you may be enjoying our over sized farmhouse table in the sunny dining room or relaxing in our overstuffed couches in the gathering room enjoying the media center. You won't be crowded here with use of our large storage shed for bikes and beach gear, our outdoor living area and beautiful gardens.
Two minute walk to beach, shopping and the market. There is parking for 4 cars on the crushed shell driveway next to our yard which is enclosed with a white picket fence. Pet friendly! High speed internet.

We enjoyed a great long weekend at the Kelley House! The home was comfortable and perfectly located -- close enough to the town center to be an easy walk and far enough away to be peaceful. We would definitely check into the availability of the Kelly House for our next trip to Provincetown.

Everything about this house was perfect. We had a group of 6 and with two bathrooms plus a washer and dryer we couldn't have asked for more. If your looking for something close to the center of town yet far enough that you don't hear every peep, then look no further!

We recently rented the Kelley house for New Years Eve! The house was perfect and in a great location (and had parking for 4 which is very hard to find in pt). I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for an incredible time. We can't wait to go back! Jersey Girls (and 2.5 Mass Chicks)

We've had the good fortune to spend several weekends in this house with close friends. It's so close to the "action" in downtown it makes partying and getting home very easy. No need to drive anywhere except the national seashore beaches. The house has always been cleaned and ready on our arrival. The description on the listing is right on. I would suggest this to friends and have recommended it to my children for a getaway. Hope to get back for a Fall weekend soon!

We went to revisit the wonderful Kelly house and while booking read the awful review. We felt we needed to write! Our experience was so opposite. The owners were gracious, the house was spotless, the linens plentiful, the yard was charming and the property manager even pointed out the extra gas tank in the shed! As for the key, most rentals we have encountered only have one key and making a copy of a key for a property you don't own may in fact be illegal. We can't wait for a September visit back to Kelly.

This property was recently rented by a group of 6 of my friends. I found this property through this website. The house has no yard, the gas tank for the grill was empty. There were no sheets for the beds, only one key, the property was poorly maintained and the owner was rude when contacted about the problems with the house. My friends had to actually buy sheets and have keys made. The property was managed for the owners by an unresponsive property management company. I would strongly encourage you to think twice before renting this property.
Owner response:Wow! Absolutely unsatisfiable! These tenants never complained about the gas tank being empty. If they had we would have directed them to the full tank in the storage shed or had the property agent install a full tank. In the five years we have rented this house, we have never had tenants complain about there being only one key which is standard in Ptown. There was an issue about 4 missing pillowcases (new cleaning service), but our property agent delivered new ones immediately. These tenants did not buy them, the property agent did and I have the receipt to prove it. On Tuesday, after the tenants had arrived the previous Saturday, they started complaining the house had not been vacuumed (four days after they were in the house? I guess this is why they said the house was "poorly maintained."). We bent over backward to satisfy these tenants and all they wanted to do was negotiate for money. I offered to have the property manager come and address their complaints, but they refused to allow the property agent entry into our house to resolve the issue. These were definitely "unsatisfiable" tenants.

The Kelley House is charming, clean, comfortable, has nice artwork and plenty of parking. The property description and amenities are accurate. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which worked well for our group of friends. There is an outdoor table and chairs on the side yard to enjoy breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed the Farland General store on the corner across the street which had great food to eat in or take out. I think we were there every day. A short walk to Commercial for plenty of sight seeing, shopping and great restaurants. Our favorite restaurant is Cafe Edwidge for brunch or dinner. Try the Ginger Martinis or have a Cranberry Ginger Cosmo. The location is in the East end and not as close to the gyms or Boat slip in the West End, but we had no problem walking to the West End, just not centrally located. Overall, our group had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Provincetown is a great town, friendly people, plenty of shopping, great restaurants, entertainment and beautiful beaches. I would recommend this property to a friend.
