The Best Cabo Experience We've Had Thus Far

"I have to say that this was the best experience we've had on vacation in Cabo. My husband and I visited Cabo B.C. (before children) and spent a fortune on staying in "nice hotels". Nothing compares to this place. It felt as though we were home but still on a very relaxing vacation. This condominium is fully equipped. We went to Costco and Walmart and stocked up on food and drink to last us the whole week. Because of this place we ate most of our meals at home and didn't have a need to spend on expensive restaurants. Our children enjoyed the pool but they're favorite part was watching the cruise ships from the balcony. We got to watch our very first moonrise from the balcony and it was a breathtaking sight. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing this property with us."

We were so happy with the place, we brought our 1 year old and it was great to have 2 rooms so we could really relax when the baby went to sleep. The layout was fantastic, spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved watching the sunset and lights from the balcony. Having a car was a great idea because we ended up using it a tonne to explore Cabo. We used the hot tub everyday with the little one because we were able to warm the water to a better temp (pool was too cold) and it was empty which was a treat. The Pedregal area is beautiful and you can't beat the view. The short trek to town was worth it to have the quiet and view in return. We would definitely recommend this condo and both Kristi (owner) and Bibi (property manager) made it so easy to rent, stay and enjoy! PS - A few restaurant suggestions: BREAKFAST: Momma's (Awesome french toast) LUNCH: The Office (Wonderful Medano Beach location and great food) and Hacienda (beautiful hotel with an great view of the beach DINNER: Edith's and Mona Lisa's Pizza & Wine Lounge (you can't beat the view of the sunset and Arch)

Our family has just returned from a fabulous stay in Cabo. We were fortunate enough to choose this wonderful condo for a portion of our trip. As you see in the pictures the condo is just spectacular. Bibianna is as nice and helpful as can be. The beds were so comfortable. We all loved the showers. The fully equiped kitchen and comfy living room that looked out upon the most spectacular view of all of Cabo and the ocean, just amazing, especially at night. The location is perfect, easy to access the center of Cabo as well as the beaches. Our two teenage boys loved the wifi for homework as well as the pool and jacuzzi, which we had all to ourselves! The beach umbrella, cooler and towels were such a help when we went to visit the various beaches around Cabo. The covered parking was terrific and so nice to have. We can't say enough about our stay in Las Cascadas. We look forward to our next visit! Thank you Kristi and family for sharing your slice of heaven!

Cabo stay May 2011

I just was almost done writing a long review and accidentally closed the window :( so forgive me if this one isn't as in depth!!! The condo was amazing. It had eevrything we needed, even condiments and bottled water in the fridge! It was extremely quiet up here, we only ran into two other people staying here. I only ever saw one other person at the pool and they were extremely nice. The one thing I was a little confused about was I didn't know it was a shared pool- but as I said, it's so quiet and in 10 days staying here I only saw one other person down there! The place was perfectly clean, and Bibiana the property manager was very nice and extremely helpful. Taxis to/from downtown were $10 or less! I definitely recommend: For bars- BAJA JUNKIE. they take amazing care of you there and it's a very fun atmosphere. Food- Salvatores (amazing italian), BAROMETRO- best pizza ever, especially the greek pizza. Ask for Moi or Arturo. Activities- cabo dolphins. most fun ive ever had! Sunset cruises/whale watching etc.- cabo blue!!! Victor is an amazing captain.

My husband and I just returned from an 11 day stay at Las Cascadas. We cannot say enough about the owner, Kristi, to the property manager, Bibi, to the magnificent views afforded by looking out from the balcony watching the sunrise with the cruise ships arriving, and tourists being tendered in, to the incredible night-lights of Cabo San Lucas. The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities of home. All of the supplies were provided, so you just have to bring yourselves! It was such a comfort to know at the end of a long day, you could sit back, have a refreshment on the balcony and just chill. Thanks again Kristi and Bibi for all your help - it was amazing.

The whole experience we had at Las Cascadas was simply amazing. Both Kristi (the owner) and Bibi (the property manager) were extremely helpful - they went above and beyond to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. Their recommendations for dining/charters/places to visit were always right on the mark. They arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport - which was a welcome relief considering the number of people trying to lure you into their condo/cab companies. We even hired the same company to take us to Todos Santos, and the return ride back to the airport. The hills of Pedregal were our exercise and we walked everywhere. The view from the condo was nothing short of spectacular - a welcome relief to some long days spent in the City of Cabo. We loved it and will definitely recommend it to all we know who are planning a trip to Cabo. Thanks again Kristi and Bibi for making Las Cascadas our home away from home.

The condo was a great value with very modern design and amenities. The condo had a wonderful view; and with the hot tub and pool it's a great place for kids to have fun. The condo has no traffic around it and makes it easy for the family to be together. Cabo downtown is close by.

We are regular travelers to Cabo San Lucas. This year we spent Christmas to New Years week in a fabulous condo overlooking Cabo San Lucas and the Sea of Cortez. Morning sunrises were spectacular. Views of cruise ships in the harbor breathtaking. At the end of the day, the lights of Cabo and cruise ships were awesome. All of this combines with convenient proximity to shops, restaurants, night spots, Medano Beach and the marina. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities of home, complete with the privacy and security of Las Cascades. We would definitely recommend the Las Cascades as a place to relax and enjoy Cabo San Lucas.

Beautiful condo with all of the modern amenities; especially enjoyed Sirius music options.Kristi provided us initially with floor plans, detailed location information and was ready to answer any questions regarding the rental of the condo. E-mails were answered promptly and in a friendly easy manner. Bibiana, our "condo" concierge got in touch with us prior to our stay and helped us settle in to our holiday home in spite of a two hour flight arrival delay! Cabo affords a variety of activities for all ages. We spent a day on the water - snorkeling at Santa Maria Bay and as a side benefit, saw many magnificent gray whales. Sunrise/sunset photography is a must from many vantage points in Pedregal - the balcony of the condo works well too! Restaurants abound - along the marina and a favourite of ours,Nick San. If you rent a car, do explore the coastal area on the way to Todos Santos and the village itself. Hotel California beckons as well as galleries and some enjoyable eateries. San Jose del Cabo is a must see - an artists community with eclectic galleries ( Thursday night Art Walk), excellent restaurants, Pier 19 for one, Cacti Garden and shops to browse. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Our week was a welcome refuge from a very cold and snowy winter here in Ontario. Thank you Kristi for sharing your beautiful home with us. Your attention to detail was most appreciated.
