This unit is slopeside. Ski to and from the door, literally! There is no getting closer to the slope than this unit! From this unit's own door, it is literally 15 SECONDS walk or skiing, and you are ON THE groomed SLOPE! Wi-Fi in condo.
Condo faces the slope, ski right to and from the door! Mountain view. Your own ground floor entrance, no stairs! Fully furnished, full kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, full-size washer and dryer, 36 inch color TV, Cable TV Service, Stereo, VCR, plush carpeting throughout, fold out Castro Convertible couch. Cozy, clean apartment, 531 square feet has full bath, bedroom (with big closet) and living room and kitchen.
Living room has view of the slope/mountain top. This is a three room unit sleeps four comfortably and maximum five. Large parking lot is 150 feet from the unit. There is also a fold-up cot in the utility room. Windham is a short drive away. You can walk to town and the river, and the clubhouse/restaurant.
Two hours drive from Manhattan. About 15 minute walk from bus stop and shopping. Mature, responsible, clean adults only, no rowdies, no partiers, NO SMOKING. Deposit required.
Unit is a short walk to the CLUBHOUSE with (Summer) outdoor pool and tennis courts.
