Unit entrance is the door to the right in the photo - New Orleans, LA - Louisiana Vacation Apartment Rental Only six short blocks (not city blocks) to the French Quarter, this bright, sunny unit consists of two bedrooms and is located in the historic Faubourg Marigny only four blocks from the Mississippi River in a traditional "shotgun" double house approximately 130 years old. With a queen-size bed and either a sofa or a loveseat in each of two bedrooms, this unit includes a kitchen complete with dishes,refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, all linens, towels, etc. The unit is set up "shotgun" style, which means that one room walks into the other. The unit is 640 square feet. Shopping, restaurants, public transportation, and all the entertainment venues one could possibly imagine are within walking distance from our location. From jazz clubs to intimate dining to the sounds of Bourbon Street, we have everything one needs to make your stay in the Big Easy a memorable one. Whether you are looking for a nice stroll along the banks of the Mississippi River or 24-hour night life seven days a week, we are located close to everything.
