Our newly remodeled condo is located in the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. The Gulf Highlands Beach Resort features a swimming pool and clubhouse with snack bar/restaurant located directly on the beach. You will have access to the private beach access at the beach front club house.
10 other swimming pools are available to use on the property, a heated pool is just outside the condo, tennis courts (2 lighted), free unlimited 18-hole miniature golf course on-site, shuffleboard, exercise room, 24-hour security, and lagoon for fishing -- all located inside the complex just across the street from one of the world's most beautiful beaches. The beach has the most amazing sugar white sand.
This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo that has 1,700 square feet for a relaxing family beach vacation. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen TV and private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, with it's own private bath. There is new carpeting throughout the condo.
The living room has a sleeper sofa and half bath. It has a fully appointed kitchen, dishwasher, and tile floors. Full private laundry upstairs. New Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room. Lovely patio with glass table and chairs for dining outside if you wish. Gas grill.
There are 2 dedicated parking spaces located at your front door to unload luggage and groceries.

Denny and I live in Minnesota. We love to vacation with our family in the Panama City area. The white sugar sand beach on the gulf cannot be beat. Why the Owner Chose Gulf Highlands
We are both realtors in Minnesota. We have been coming back to the Panama City Beach area for over 20 years. We chose this property because of its great location, size and beach access. We especially love the open floor plan with a large kitchen, dining and newly living area. A new flat screen TV hangs above the fireplace. Each of the two bedrooms upstairs have comfortable queen sized beds, flat screen TVs, and a separate attached bathroom. There is also a private laundry area upstairs with a great washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
