Our town-house style condominium is one of nine in an upscale privately owned complex. As it is used as a second home for many of us it is very quiet, well maintained and offers privacy to our guests. Oceanfront, we are just 75 feet from the sandy beach, with a freshwater pool and private dock with thatched palm gazebo perfect for enjoying our beautiful sunsets. The coral reef lies just 50 feet from shore where the marine life is abundant and the snorkeling is incredible, some of Grand Cayman's favorite dive sites are just off our dock.
Within minutes from Northern Exposure you will find diving and fishing charters, sport rentals, excellent restaurants, grocery and liquor stores.
We understand the significance of time and money. It is very important to us that your vacation is everything you expect it to be. Northern Exposure is our personal vacation home, and we make frequent visits. We have a dedicated property manager on island who assists us in assuring that our guests have a wonderful Cayman experience. Our townhouse is inspected and licensed annually by the Cayman Islands Board of Tourism, meeting stringent standards.
Away from the congestion and traffic of Georgetown (about 35 min drive) and the Seven Mile scene, life slows down out on the North side and you get a true feel for "island living". We love the tranquility and beauty we find at Northern Exposure, our guests seem to agree, as many return year after year.
