The home is located on a hilltop in the village of Esperanza. It is within walking distance to beaches, shops, bars, and restaurants. The property consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 3 full kitchens, and a large salt water pool. The house offers exceptional oceans views from multiple porches and terraces. The house was completly renovated in 2008/09 with all new appliances and bathroom fixtures including new windows and interior/exterior doors. The house is completely airconditioned, although because of it's hilltop location it is not always needed!
The layout of the house allows for two or three families or groups to enjoy the property at the same time. The house will only be rented to an individual party, but may be rented in smaller units. Please contact the owners for details.

Year Purchased: 2008
The owners live in Charleston, SC with there three children. They purchased the property after spending the last 6 years vacationing on Vieques. The idea of the house was to make it a comfortable place for numerous families or groups to enjoy at the same time.
Why the Owner Chose Esperanza
The island is not overly developed and has beautiful secluded beaches. We feel safe and welcomed by the local people. When and if additional excitment is needed the main island is easily accessable by ferry or plane.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The property has a large, very private pool. Because it is used regularly by a family of five, the house is well provisioned with everything you need to spend a day at the beach, or just spend a lazy day at home.(lots of board games, cards games, and books))
