This Mediterranean Style Luxury Villa is nestled in the beautiful community of Monte Sereno behind 2 sets of gates for your privacy. It offers the highest quality of custom finishes and is as suitable for the visiting executive as it is for a family vacation. The 5,800 sq. foot home is fully equipped with flat screen TV's, indoor/outdoor sound system, and Wi-Fi. It features a family friendly living area with step down wet bar and pool table, formal dining, gourmet kitchen, great room concept, large laundry area (plus one in the Master Suite), executive office, fitness room, kids play room and 4 private suites. There are a total of 5 bathrooms inside plus a separate pool bath outside.
The Master Suite is exceptional, offering your King and Queen, separate vanity areas, separate water closets (her's with bidet), separate closets, washer/dryer, dual head expansive shower, soaking tub, private fitness room with Precor elyptical machine, and views of the pool and those gorgeous mountains.
The three other suites offer one (1) Cal King, one (1) Queen and one (1) bunk with full on bottom, twin on top (kid friendly). Each offers ample closet space and private bathrooms. The kids play-room is equipped with large TV, games, table/chairs, computer hookup, toys, books and sofa. We can set up a AirBed in the play-room if your needs require it (please let me know in advance).
The outdoor living area is complete with dining set for 6, sofa, chairs and coffee table, full size palapa with Gas BBQ, outdoor bar. This Palapa is perfect for afternoon parties and family get-together's.
We are a short drive from over 80 wonderful Championship golf courses, hotels, restaurants, spas, and world class shopping. Palm Springs International Airport is located just 30 minutes East and 1.5 hours from Ontario International.
