A very nice place in the hills. Great for the dogs and for kids. We arrived in the evening and the fire was built and ready to light. The champagne was cold and the hot tub was very relaxing. It is located in the heart of gold country and with in an hours drive to Yosemite National Park. Judy was great to work with and willing to help us out with anything that we needed. I would recommend this nice, little ranch house to any one who wants get away from it all and just relax.

Thanks so much Judy for letting us stay at the ranch. What a perfect getaway for our large family. We absolutely loved the private lake. The rope swing was a big hit...Evenings in the hot tub then a campfire at night...Perfect. We'll definitely be back again next year, only next time we're planning a longer stay. Thanks again for your hospitality....

We spent 3 nights here which allowed us to explore the Yosemite Valley, Tuolumne Meadows and Mariposa Grove - but we didn't get to spend a day on the property itself - which would have been wonderful. The house was clean, spacious and very well equipped, the swimming lake on the property was wonderful. Saw just enough of our hosts to make us feel welcome and that they were there to sort any issues out, but still feel like we were alone on top of a hill.

Thanks for having incredible accomodations! Judy was an amazing hostess and even brought by fire starters to make S'mores. We thoroughly enjoyed the facility as well as the surrounding pond. We spent many nights warming up in the jacuzzi and sitting by the fire at the fire pit. Yosemite National Park was splendid with beautiful waterfalls and trails. Thanks for the experience! We are sure to return soon!

If you want quiet, stars, a bit of wildlife, a nice sized house with all the comfy's like a nice kitchen, a hot tub, a campfire, nobody bothering you, an hour from Yosemite, a few minutes from a small town, at a reasonable price...then you know why we rented this place. The only con is a few inches of difference in floor level between some of the rooms so for those to whom this may be an issue must take care.

We stayed on the Ranch over the 4th of July weekend and we were SO thrilled about the house and could not ask for anything more. The Ranch is spacious and beautiful, the private lake is a nice feature, the inside of the house is super roomy (more so than the pics detail), and Judy was EXCELLENT to work with. She was very helpful and lovely to work with. The house is about 45min to both the South and North entrances to Yosemite and is a beautiful drive. We are planning on coming back next year for sure. Thank you so much Judy for all your help!

With 19-21 yr olds in tow, I thought they would be hard to please. But this ranch is absolutely amazing. After seeing the ranch, we decided to go to Yosemite for one day because we enjoyed being on the property so much. It is so clean, peaceful, large, accommodating. The owners made us feel as if we were part of the family. The pictures do not do justice to the house's charm. We explored the ranch, made use of the warm lake, had bonfires outside at night, relaxed in the hot tub, listened to the sound of nature as we sat around the patio table. I hesitated to write a review because we already have plans to go back next summer, and I am worried that as more people discover this ranch, we'll have a hard time booking it. Every year we spend our vacation in gold country. This was by far the very best and most relaxing vacation we ever had there. And you will not find nicer owners anywhere, I can guarantee that.
