Contemporary desert home with stunning unobstructed views to the north. Quiet upscale neighborhood that is great for golf, walking, jogging, or biking. Home is located across the street from the De Anza Country Club. The home was built in 2000, and includes a large modern gourmet kitchen/great room with walk-in pantry, double oven, electric cook top, microwave and dishwasher. The master suite includes a king sized bed, his and hers separate vanities, his and hers separate walk in closets, and a large travertine shower with a bench seat. A private hot tub is located on the patio just outside the master bedroom. The lots on either side of home are also owned by us, which gives the property added privacy.
The guest bedrooms are located on the other side of the house and share a bathroom. Each guest bedroom has a queen sized bed. One guest room has a private patio in the enclosed front courtyard. All of the bedrooms have new mattresses and fine linens. The large formal dining room has high ceilings and a modern skylight. The living room also has high ceilings with built-in Bose speakers, a gas fireplace, and a bar area. There is a large laundry room with sink, washer/dryer and ironing area. The three car garage includes two vintage Schwinn bicycles that are included for guest use. The house has a wireless network.
Borrego Springs is known for it's amazing State Park, bird watching and wildlife, terrific weather, wildflower season, and general natural beauty.
