A recently laid off engineer who loves outdoors, I spend my time, in addition to looking for a job, on making Silver jewelry (lost wax, casting, etc) and renting my properties.
Why the Owner Chose Other Scottsdale Properties
I purchased a larger house in Chandler and moved. But I loved the location of this condo and didn't want to lose the connection to Scottsdale. So, I decided to rent it as a vacation rental to family, friends and all who may need a place in Scottsdale.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The condo is in a very quiet subdivision. The private patio is great for an outdoor meal, sipping wine, or just relaxing. The pools are very quiet as well. But if you don't want to be bothered with the kids, you can go to the adult (quiet) pool area that also has a Jacuzzi. The property is very green. It's one of the largest grass properties in Scottsdale.
