"Paradise Found" is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 5th floor of a brand new building in Oceanwalk. You enter into an open living room, dining room, kitchen area. The living room has seating for 7-9 with a flat screen television, stereo, and internet access. From the living room you have a wonderful view of the nature preserve. The dining room table has seating for 6 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar area. The kitchen has a refrigerator, with an ice maker/water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. The kitchen has table service for 12. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a gourmet meal or just a sandwich. Just off the kitchen is the large balcony with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and lounge chairs for relaxing while either watching the preserve or the ocean.
The unit features a washer and dryer. Linen closets are fully stocked with towels, bed linens, and beach towels. The foyer and closet hold beach chairs, umbrellas, games, and books for leisure time.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen television. The master bath includes Jacuzzi tub with a separate shower, double sinks, and a walk-in closet. A balcony off the master bedroom allows you to sit and relax while watching and listening to the waves of the ocean. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. This bedroom shares a bath with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk with a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top. All bedrooms have dressers and large closets.
You will have access to 2 pools, spas, and clubhouses, a shuffleboard, nature trail through the preserve, basketball hoop, tennis courts, small putting green, patio terrace, exercise room, dry sauna, changing rooms, ping-pong table, boccie ball court, and a white sand car-free beach.
Paradise Found is centrally located for relaxation or vacation travel. Daytona Beach (International Speedway, Adventure Landing Daytona, and Daytona Lagoon Water Park) is 25 minutes north, Cape Canaveral National Seashore is 5 minutes south and the ocean is right acoss the street. If you want to travel to Sea World, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Disney MGM or EPCOT you have a 75-minute drive and Kennedy Space Center is only 45 minutes away (you can watch the shuttle launch from the condo rooftop viewing area).
If you choose not to drive, the Amtrak Auto Train available 45 minutes and Daytona airport is 25 minutes, Orlando is 60 minutes, and the Orlando-Sanford Airport is only 35 minutes from a great vacation get-away.

They named this condo "Paradise Found", and after spending six weeks this winter at the condo, we now know that the owners selected the perfect name! This three bedroom, two bath unit is bright and very well appointed, furnished and laid out. The owner's very much care about the condo and were always there if and when needed. Oceanwalk and "Paradise Found" are truly hidden jewels of the east coast of Florida! The only problem we had was leaving this beautiful condo. It really did feel like home!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

How fortunate that we were able to land Thanksgiving week at Paradise Found! We came with two rules: 1) Do whatever we feel like doing, even if it's nothing at all, and 2) Do no work for a Thanksgiving dinner. We were easily able to accommodate both rules -- not that the condo didn't have everything needed to prepare a Thanksgiving meal, including a turkey roaster, pie pans, etc. Paradise found is a beautiful, new, well-kept, uncluttered gem of a vacation residence, and that's just the interior! Everything worked like a charm (except that the stereo remote control was missing one of its 2 batteries ?), including the fabulous jetted tub in the master bath :) The unit is BIG inside, with generously sized bedrooms, and we loved that there are kitchen/great room AND master bedroom balconies. We just loved the location, too. New Smyrna still has that "old beach" feel, and although the southern beachfront is full of condo's these days, the strip is not built up with monstrous hotels, mini-golf, Hard Rocks and Planets Hollywood. Check out the original beach area with a good variety of shops and restaurants, all within a nice walk of each other. Get a fabulous burger at Breakers, and an ice cream (hand dipped or soft serve) in the shops right next door. Check out the Canal Street district, with its boutiques and antique stores. A tip, if you want antiques, you'll find great prices and a larger selection less than 2 miles further south on the Dixie Highway (Route 1). Just past there is the Beacon cineplex, which has inexpensive matinees and Tuesday specials. They also have a senior special popcorn and drink for only $6! For dinner, try Norwoods, which has a great atmosphere and good food; and you can pick up something for breakfast or lunch at the little French bakery almost across the street from there. We also wandered up to Port Orange to Giuseppe's Steel City Pizza (If you're a native Pittsburgher, you have to take this side trip!) We heard from many folks that JB's Fish Camp is a great place, too, but we simply ran out of week - we'll catch that one next time, and we do look forward to a next time! Great location + great digs = great time. Paradise Found was absolutely that!!! What a beautiful and relaxing condo equipped with everything you will need for a fabulous vacation. Two balconies, both with ocean views, are perfect for casual dining with friends and family. Very well kept and clean with lovely furnishings and extremely comfortable beds. This unit is located on a quiet, sunny beach perfect for sunning, biking and walking. The complex offers 2 beautiful pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, kayaks and bikes. I can't say enough wonderful things about the owners!! So pleasant to work with and truly concerned about providing you with a very comfortable stay. There are many restaurants and activities in the area for you to enjoy. The lovely historic downtown area offers quaint shopping as well as fun nightlife! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and comfortable beach vacation. I definitely see another month long vacation at "Paradise Found" in my future!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have had a great experience renting this condo several times in the past three years. It is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Our kids and grandchildren enjoy being there too. The complex is very well maintained. Enjoy the two fitness centers, the two heated pools, and the easy access to the beach. Just a great overall experience. We had a terrific six week vacation in this condo. It is everything and more as advertised. The location of the condo within the Oceanwalk complex is the best. Short walk to both pools and rec centers and just across the street from the ocean. Being an end unit condo, there are two balconies. The front balcony has beautiful views of the ocean and the rear balcony has views of the Oceanwalk resort. One balcony is always in the sun, the other in the shade. Renting direct from the owner is a real benefit. They are extremely helpful in our needs. We will be back again next year! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo during our stay in Florida! The condo was beautifully maintained, clean, quiet, and we loved New Smyrna. Everything was at our fingertips and it looked exactly like the photos on the website. Your directions were accurate and my ability to contact you easily was a plus. We visited Disney World and Universal Studios, only an hour drive from New Smyrna and came home excited to share our experience with our friends and family. The owners did not miss a beat. This beautifully decorated condo has everything you need for your home away from home. Everything about the listing is accurate and yes...the condo looks exactly like the pictures clean and well maintained. Just a short walk to the pool or beach make easy access for a day of fun in the sun. Thank you for letting us use your unit. We had a great time. The weather could have been better but it was so much better than what Pittsburgh was having I have no complaints. Your unit is so well stocked that we did not notice a lot of the stuff when we stayed for a week last summer. It was like being in our house and having all the stuff we would normally use. And your cooking pots and pans, great is the only word we could use. You have a quality place. Your new cleaning people requests are easy to comply with - that is a very positive change and appreciated also. About the owner: We have been using the New Smyrna Beach area as a family vacation spot for over 30 years. After all these years we finally have a place to call our home away from home. We are avid bicyclers, walkers, and readers. We enjoy traveling. This comes from a career of 21 years in the military. We are originally from Pennsylvania but now reside in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.
Why the Owner Chose Oceanwalk:
New Smyrna Beach is a great family friendly area. White sand beaches across the street and Cape Canaveral National Seashore in close proximity. The condo is located on the car-free section of the beach. This is a sea turtle nesting area during the summer months. Beautiful weather year round.

Our Paradise Found condo has views of the ocean from all windows except 1 and both the front and rear balconies have a view of the ocean. This is an end unit which allows you privacy and quiet. The front balcony and living room boast views of the nature preserve. While staying at our condo you will have access to walks through the nature preserve, easy access to the beach right beside the condo, 2 pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, beautiful clubhouse, exercise room, and a sauna. We have 3 flat panel televisions and internet access.
