"Paradise Found" is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 5th floor of a brand new building in Oceanwalk. You enter into an open living room, dining room, kitchen area. The living room has seating for 7-9 with a flat screen television, stereo, and internet access. From the living room you have a wonderful view of the nature preserve. The dining room table has seating for 6 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar area. The kitchen has a refrigerator, with an ice maker/water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. The kitchen has table service for 12. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a gourmet meal or just a sandwich. Just off the kitchen is the large balcony with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and lounge chairs for relaxing while either watching the preserve or the ocean.
The unit features a washer and dryer. Linen closets are fully stocked with towels, bed linens, and beach towels. The foyer and closet hold beach chairs, umbrellas, games, and books for leisure time.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen television. The master bath includes Jacuzzi tub with a separate shower, double sinks, and a walk-in closet. A balcony off the master bedroom allows you to sit and relax while watching and listening to the waves of the ocean. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. This bedroom shares a bath with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk with a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top. All bedrooms have dressers and large closets.
You will have access to 2 pools, spas, and clubhouses, a shuffleboard, nature trail through the preserve, basketball hoop, tennis courts, small putting green, patio terrace, exercise room, dry sauna, changing rooms, ping-pong table, boccie ball court, and a white sand car-free beach.
Paradise Found is centrally located for relaxation or vacation travel. Daytona Beach (International Speedway, Adventure Landing Daytona, and Daytona Lagoon Water Park) is 25 minutes north, Cape Canaveral National Seashore is 5 minutes south and the ocean is right acoss the street. If you want to travel to Sea World, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Disney MGM or EPCOT you have a 75-minute drive and Kennedy Space Center is only 45 minutes away (you can watch the shuttle launch from the condo rooftop viewing area).
If you choose not to drive, the Amtrak Auto Train available 45 minutes and Daytona airport is 25 minutes, Orlando is 60 minutes, and the Orlando-Sanford Airport is only 35 minutes from a great vacation get-away.

New Smyrna Beach is a great family friendly area. White sand beaches across the street and Cape Canaveral National Seashore in close proximity. The condo is located on the car-free section of the beach. This is a sea turtle nesting area during the summer months. Beautiful weather year round.

Our Paradise Found condo has views of the ocean from all windows except 1 and both the front and rear balconies have a view of the ocean. This is an end unit which allows you privacy and quiet. The front balcony and living room boast views of the nature preserve. While staying at our condo you will have access to walks through the nature preserve, easy access to the beach right beside the condo, 2 pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, beautiful clubhouse, exercise room, and a sauna. We have 3 flat panel televisions and internet access.

We are avid bicyclers, walkers, and readers. We enjoy traveling. This comes from a career of 21 years in the military. We are originally from Pennsylvania but now reside in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo during our stay in Florida! The condo was beautifully maintained, clean, quiet, and we loved New Smyrna. Everything was at our fingertips and it looked exactly like the photos on the website. Your directions were accurate and my ability to contact you easily was a plus. We visited Disney World and Universal Studios, only an hour drive from New Smyrna and came home excited to share our experience with our friends and family. Can't wait to go back!

The owners did not miss a beat. This beautifully decorated condo has everything you need for your home away from home. Everything about the listing is accurate and yes...the condo looks exactly like the pictures clean and well maintained. Just a short walk to the pool or beach make easy access for a day of fun in the sun. I love visiting New Smyrna and will not hesitate renting this condo again!

Thank you for letting us use your unit. We had a great time. The weather could have been better but it was so much better than what Pittsburgh was having I have no complaints. Your unit is so well stocked that we did not notice a lot of the stuff when we stayed for a week last summer. It was like being in our house and having all the stuff we would normally use. And your cooking pots and pans, great is the only word we could use. You have a quality place. Your new cleaning people requests are easy to comply with - that is a very positive change and appreciated also. Looking forward to our next visit to your place.

Paradise Found is just what we found when we spent a week at this beautiful condo. Everything we needed was right at our finger tips! From the views of the beach to the great recreation areas, we couldn't have found a more relaxing place to stay. Truthfully, the pictures really don't do it justice. Paradise Found was like being in a home---a huge and beautiful kitchen (IF you choose to cook), large bedrooms, large living area, and it was so quite when you shut the door, it was just what I needed. When you opened the balcony doors, you had great views and the sound of the ocean. You could have morning sun with a breeze on the bedroom deck and then evening sunset and fun on the back deck. Bring your bikes, as you can ride just a short 3 miles to the Canaveral National Seashore Park, with the famous “Turtle Mound”. Also, the walk though the nature preserve behind the condos is like another world. It’s fascinating! We had a GREAT “sisters” week! Lots of fun, lots of beach, lots of pool, lots of great food at the local restaurants, and of course, great wine and drink!

After over a year without a vacation, it was a wonderful chance to escape and get away. Paradise Found was just what the doctor ordered. We biked two days while we were down there and I have to say that the community is very bike friendly and I'd suggest it to anyone who enjoys a biking vacation. Nice breezes early in the day and comfortable morning temps. made it perfect for biking. We were able to get in 16-20 miles each day without having to go off the main road which is always nice. The ride out to Cape Canaveral Seashore was amazing! We did however, venture out onto the beach for a couple of miles and the beaches were well packed and easy to maneuver. Pretty sweet pictures too! We've always vacationed at Nags Head in the past and after 4 days at NSB I have to tell you I'm spoiled for life! The soft sand with packed shorelines, easy beach access and warm water should be the way every beach should be. We took a soft sided cooler, parked a chair and umbrella and vegged for hours. What could be more perfect than that? When we were at the condo I have to say that we had everything that we'd ever want. Wine glasses, comfy beds, great views. When you come in off the beach you want to got to somewhere that welcomes you and you can't do better than this. And, they are very close to some great food. JB Fish Camps with outstanding fresh seafood, cold beer and porpoises off the dock playing was just priceless. Not every condo is the same, believe me I've a sampling to go by. This one makes you want to move in. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us, we'll be back for sure! LOVED IT!!

We just returned from a wonderful vacation in NSB at Paradise Found. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely condo with us. It was beautifully decorated and very well-provisioned with everything we could ever need. I appreciated the massive stack of beach towels that you provided as we spent many hours at the beach and pool. We come nearly every year to NSB for spring break and your condo was by far the nicest we have stayed in. We loved the balcony with views not only of the ocean and beach walkway, but also views of the Oceanwalk property and the nature preserve. While we were there we watched the launch of the space shuttle "Discovery" - my teenage daughters were thrilled to see it so close by. Thank you again, Cheryl & Joe Daly and family
