CORTE BELLA GOLF/TENNIS ACTIVE ADULT COMMUNITY. Enjoy the resort-style golf community of Corte Bella in Sun City West, Arizona in the NW valley.
Our vacation home is located on the 9th hole in the exclusive gated golf community of Corte Bella which is designed for the active adult. Amenities include a fabulous swimming pool with lap lanes, hot tub, saunas, fully equipped fitness center, lighted tennis courts, pickleball, bocceball and a two mile walking circuit. The clubhouse includes a restaurant and bar with dining specials and frequent social activities. Corte Bella is a quiet, friendly community of newer homes. Great biking and walking trails.
Corte Bella is within easy commuting distance of major sporting venues for the NHL, NFL and MLB's spring training, cultural attractions, fine dining and is convenient to local businesses, shopping, restaurants, churches, and a nationally ranked hospital. The airport is 45 minutes away via freeways.
Our beautifully decorated home is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of all Corte Bella amenities and has a lot of extras. The house offers a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with GE Profile appliances which has access directly into the two-car garage. There are no stairs inside or outside.
The large master bedroom offers a complete suite of furniture, fan, wall-mounted TV, walk-in closet and large ensuite with shower and two sinks. A second bedroom is on the opposite side of the house. The second bathroom offers a tub/shower combination and is located in the hall next to the second bedroom.
A comfortable living room offers an entertainment center with a 60" TV, DVD and CD player. There is a full-size washer and dryer.
Flag stone patio is off the 9th fairway and has a waterfall, fire pit, built-in gas BBQ and ample lawn furniture. The patio faces west with an unobstructed view of the golf course, the mountains and the sunset.
This is a great community if you are looking for a safe, quiet area that offers opportunities to relax, stay fit and enjoy the finer pleasures of life.
Corte Bella requires that one renter be 48 years or older.

This is one of the nicest rentals you will stay in.It has all the comforts of home.The Villa is spotlessly clean,and is located on the 9th fairway.The location is beautiful,and is within walking distance to all the facilities.Sitting on the patio with your own waterfall;enjoying the sunsets;was one of the highlights of our stay.This was our first visit to Corte Bella,and everything was positive.We were very pleased with the total experience.Hopefully we will be able to return again next year.I highly recommend this property !Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.
