  This would be the third time we have stayed at this property and it still looks as new as the first time! The place was immaculate and we had a wonderful time during April vacation week. We were worried about black flies but there were none. We (and our dog) love to walk the local roads and paths as well as swim in the river, located right behind the condo. A few updates since we were there last include a new flat screen TV above the fireplace and a TV in the Master Bedroom. This is truly a great rental for any type of family.

  Except for the black flies this was a great rental. Would recommend it to anyone. It is a perfect location for a family vacation any season.

  My wife, dog and I stayed at this amazing townhome and very much look forward to coming back! We have stayed in many hotels & resorts in the area and this place truly takes the cake. We love and know the area extremely well and this home is right in the middle of everything yet set back close to loon and overlooking the Pemi river. The home itself is beautiful and has every amenity you could ask for with a wonderful deck overlooking the Pemi. Opening the windows and falling asleep to the Pemi was outstanding! It was great to be able to bring our dog as we were able to go for daily walks along the river and just minutes from hikes on the Kancamagus Highway. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating as we had many questions. He made the rental very easy and was always available from start to finish for anything we needed. If you’re looking for a beautiful place in the perfection location….you’ve found it! Thanks again for an amazing stay and look forward to returning again soon.

  All my family had a good time in this comfortable rental house.The house is so clean , good design and have everything we want. If you can add more details information of the direction to your rental house and also there’s a road connect the Loon Mountain and this resort. If you can provide the CARDKEY or the access codes to open the gate that would be great ; the hot water seemed not enough for showering in three bathroom at same time. The genernally, the house and the owner gave us warmly prepared for staying and we all had the great time to spend in Loon Mountain.

  Owner response: Owner update: The road connecting South Peak to the Main ski area at Loon now has a gate to reduce shortcut traffic from town. as of Summer 2010, we have a garage door like opener for this gate in the unit, which lets you back into South peak from the main Loon side. It will open automatically for people heading to the main Loon area from South Peak. Everything you need for skiing is available at the Pemigewasset Base Camp on South Peak.During the week this guest stayed with us, much of South Peak trails werent open (early season), so guests had to use the main area. I will add some detail to my directions, and as for the hot water - it's a pretty huge tank (100g)! it is possible a fuse blew in the panel which cuts the secondary heater to the first floor (which happened once this year) I will add this to the instructions, and am glad to hear it was a great visit! Summer 2010 note: there have been no issues with the water or HVAC since, and we have added some river tubes stored in the garage.

  This is a great all season rental right at the base of Loon Mountain. Plenty of additional parking for more than one car and fantastic views of the mountain and river. Condo was beautiful and very clean- brand new construction with plenty of space for my family. Loved the wood flooring, open floor concept and granite counter tops throughout! Chef's kitchen had everything for cooking, and owner made sure we had all the fliers/brochures for the local area. Our favorite was the master bedroom suite with the view of the river and private bathroom with double sinks, and both tub and shower. Property was not lacking anything we needed, so it made our vacation very relaxing! Local attractions are all close by- we travelled up to Santa's Village (only 45 min North) and hit the local waterpark (up one exit). We also took our two small children up to the top of Loon Mountain on the Gondola, and went one town over to check out a swimming spot in the river where there was tubing. Owner was very accommodating and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our visit. We will definitely rent this property again!
