Feel free to bring your own tapes and DVDs. Washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, vacuum. Screened porch. Central Air conditioning. Outdoor shower. Charcoal grill. 2 Beach parking permits. The recreation fee for using the community amenities for 2009 is $20/person/week or $6/person/day or $ $160/person/season. This property is located in Town of Bethany Beach and there is a 6% rental tax in Town of Bethany Beach. You will also be eligible for parking permits for downtown Bethany Beach and please bring extra cash or check at check in for deposit of such parking permits.
