This unit has expansive ocean views from the living room and balcony. Large Master bedroom has Queen size bed with memory foam mattress cover, large closet, dresser and walk-in shower in its own bathroom. Additional TV in Master bedroom.
Large second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a large closet and dresser. Full size bath in hall. Both bedrooms furnished with new night tables with reading lamps.
Large balcony with sliding doors accessible from living room. 4 Balcony height chairs and table provided to watch the ocean waves or the evening sunset.
Living room is equipped with Full size sleeper sofa, stereo, 32 inch Flat Screen LCD TV, DVD player (Blu-Ray) with a large assortment of movies, puzzles and board games, along with beautiful ocean views. WI/FI with a secure network as well as Cable tv.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless smooth top range, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher,microwave, garbage disposal,coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and utensils.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and it always feels like home. Beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding area. Everything is here that you will need for a wonderful and relaxing time at the pool, beach or into Daytona. Very accessible for our son who uses a wheelchair. Last year we stayed over the 4th of July and to watch ALL the fireworks from the balcony was amazing. Thank you for your hospitality and the opportunity to use your Ocean View Condo!!!!! We had a great time on our vacation. This condo was updated and clean. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It had everything we needed - plus. It's not every owner that leaves a delicious pastry to welcome you. The beach was perfect for us. It was very private. At times we were the only family on the beach within 400 yards. We were close to Daytona and had other things to do in the area. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your home.

Our family loved staying at this clean and updated condo! Felt very "beachy" inside and the panoramic view was fantastic! The pool was very nice and of course the beach was just beautiful. Thanks to Tony and Ginny for the many comforts they provided. Ormond by the Sea was THE BEST!!!!

Finding paper goods, snacks, oils and coffee etc was a pleasant surprise.These items made our transition a little easier. The past 3 months have been enjoyeable, visiting my sister daily, wow what a treat! Thankyou for your thoughtfulness and speedy replacement of the microwave. I wish you many successfull rentals!

This was our first visit to Florida from upstate Central NY. My wife and I found this Condo to be very nice and the description of the amenities in the listing describes it perfectly! Although, I had misread it and thought the Condo faced directly on the ocean. While we were initially disappointed, we grew to truly enjoy and love the Condo's ocean views, ocean walks, and sunsets. The pool is absolutely beautiful(we swam daily) and we often had it to ourselves! We had 30 days of sunshine with temps in the mid 80's to 90 everyday. The parking garage underneath the building was a very nice secure feature! We would definitely recommend a stay at Ginny and Tony's home away from home! As well, they are very gracious hosts for a stay in Ormond By the Sea!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
