This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and it always feels like home. Beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding area. Everything is here that you will need for a wonderful and relaxing time at the pool, beach or into Daytona. Very accessible for our son who uses a wheelchair. Last year we stayed over the 4th of July and to watch ALL the fireworks from the balcony was amazing. Thank you for your hospitality and the opportunity to use your Ocean View Condo!!!!! Our family loved staying at this clean and updated condo! Felt very "beachy" inside and the panoramic view was fantastic! The pool was very nice and of course the beach was just beautiful. Thanks to Tony and Ginny for the many comforts they provided. Ormond by the Sea was THE BEST!!!!

We had a great time on our vacation. This condo was updated and clean. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It had everything we needed - plus. It's not every owner that leaves a delicious pastry to welcome you. The beach was perfect for us. It was very private. At times we were the only family on the beach within 400 yards. We were close to Daytona and had other things to do in the area. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your home.

This was our first visit to Florida from upstate Central NY. My wife and I found this Condo to be very nice and the description of the amenities in the listing describes it perfectly! Although, I had misread it and thought the Condo faced directly on the ocean. While we were initially disappointed, we grew to truly enjoy and love the Condo's ocean views, ocean walks, and sunsets. The pool is absolutely beautiful(we swam daily) and we often had it to ourselves! We had 30 days of sunshine with temps in the mid 80's to 90 everyday. The parking garage underneath the building was a very nice secure feature! We would definitely recommend a stay at Ginny and Tony's home away from home! As well, they are very gracious hosts for a stay in Ormond By the Sea!

Finding paper goods, snacks, oils and coffee etc was a pleasant surprise.These items made our transition a little easier. The past 3 months have been enjoyeable, visiting my sister daily, wow what a treat! Thankyou for your thoughtfulness and speedy replacement of the microwave. I wish you many successfull rentals!

We always look forward to our annual Beach Vacation! Every year it is hoping to find the best for a moderate price. Next year we will not have to worry about it. We have found our annual vacation condo! Ginny and Tony were the "Hostess with the Mostess"! It seemed that they could not do enough for us during our stay. The condo was EXTRA clean and comfortable! EVERYTHING that we needed was there and then some. Usually, the first thing that we have to do is to go and buy the essentials. (Beach Chairs, sand pails, noodles for the pool etc.) This year it was not necessary, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was there waiting for us! You open the gate at the beautiful pool and there is the beach! It was everything and more that we hoped it would be. You are just a short distance to Betty's. Betty's served the best food of any place in the area! I could say a lot more, but I will just say we will return!!!!!

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo is beautifully decorated, has a very modern kitchen and the owners have gone out their way to make sure that ALL the essential items were available. It is very spacious and accessible! It was described accurately and the pictures do reflect that. They also have put together a wonderful notebook with local restaurant menus, attraction information near and far. This condo has beautiful sunrises,sunsets and the best view of all the 4th of July Fireworks. The Beach is just steps away and if you forgot something, they had it! We have rented many condos in the area and this is the BEST!!! We Thank the owners for allowing us the opportunity to rent their condo and look forward to returning in the future.

The owners of this condo made us feel right at home. The condo was beautifully decorated and the owner’s went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed from things to do to places to eat. The condo itself was in a great location right across from the beach, a short distance from food and other attractions, and yet it was very peaceful. I would highly recommend this home away from to everyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation. Best vacation rental we have stayed in and most relaxing vacation in years.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this condo so nicely decorated, with ample space, and quite comfortable to spend two-three months holiday. The owners were excellent at making sure we were comfortable and had the condo well stocked on those necessary things. The views of the sea from the big livingroom window were amazing, and the patio area was very private and had great sunset views. The nearest (walk to) restaurant "Betty's" did have great food and moderate prices. Most other condo owners or renters in these two buildings were very friendly and helpful. It was great having our own private( condo buildings) steps down to the sea, right across the street. All in all this is a very nice,clean,and newly decorated condo that is exactly as the photos have portrayed and which we found even more pleasant and appealing in person. Very nice,pleasant,helpful owners and a great condo to spend a holiday in as well! We would highly recommend this condo.
