You will enjoy our executive style home perched high on the hill with stunning unobstructed views to downtown Vancouver, Vancouver Island, North Shore Mountains and Burrard Inlet.
This contemporary 2450 sq. ft. home built in 2004 has 3 levels and a roof top deck to savour sensational sunsets and firework displays.
The top floor is an open style great room concept, perfect for "West Coast" style entertaining and living. The kitchen consists of an extra large island for your casual dining experience and comes equipped with top of the line Kitchen Aid stainless appliances ( double ovens, microwave and 5 burner gas cook top ). There is a perlick beer keg installed at one end of the island, for those who enjoy draft beer. A small flat screen TV is in the kitchen so you don't miss any events while cooking.
The dining room has en extra large dining table that seats 12 comfortably.
The living room space features a contemporary fireplace with flat screen TV above. DVD, PVR cable allows you to record events while you are out and about.
From the great room, you can walk out onto a west facing deck, so that you can enjoy the sun setting over downtown , sparkling evening lights and fireworks. You will have an extra large gas barbecue for your grilling needs. There is slate flooring through out the top floor.
On the middle level there are 3 bedrooms one of which has been converted to an office. The master suite features a pillow soft king size bed. The en-suite has a Jacuzzi tub, separate large travertine shower with 2 shower heads and double sinks. There are French doors leading to a deck off the master bedroom from which you can access the heated pool to relax in after a long day at the Olympics.
The second bedroom features a double bed.
The third bedroom has been converted to an office which has a computer, fax and printer available for your use. Cable and wireless internet provided.
There is another washroom on this level with an extra large stand alone slate shower.
The lower level features a queen size bed as well as a queen pull out hide-a-bed and a 50" TV. There is another washroom that offers a large travertine shower. From this level you can access the heated pool.

Why the Owner Chose Burnaby
We chose Capitol Hill primarily for the view and convenience to downtown and freeway access. We love the neighborhood that is just down the hill called "The Heights" that offers an incredible variety of shops and restaurants.

We had our home custom built on a view lot on Capitol Hill with commanding views of the City of Vancouver, Vancouver Island and North Shore Mountains. We enjoy watching spectacular sunsets through out the year and cruise ships entering into the Burrard Inlet under Luions Gate Bridge. The neighborhood of Capitol Hill is like being on a holiday year round. There are miles of forest trails with access to the Inlet. There are various types of restaurants in close proximity and woinderful ethnic deli's.
