    This home is nice and was well kept. We came with two young families and it was a little too small as the living space was limited for our young kids, but other than that, we had a great time and the home was very accommodating. The owner/property manager was very helpful answering all our questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this house to couples without young kids, or just a single family. It would work great for a girls or guys vacation. Marley Park is a wonderfully designed neighborhood with a lot of green space and sidewalks and trails for running/walking/etc.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

    Our family had the pleasure of staying in this home from June-Oct 2012. First and foremost, I was looking for an owner with great communication and customer service skills. The owner has been first class from initial discussions through our entire stay. She has an excellent, very friendly, and responsive property manager. Everything about the rental has been perfect, and we are glad we made the choice to stay at this home. Go with the reviews - they don't lie. Beyond the exceptional customer service, the house is in a great neighborhood, and is very well stocked. There are several parks in the neighborhood, and the community center/pool is perfect for cooling down. It is a quiet/peaceful neighborhood with a great location to everything. We will be sad to be departing. I highly recommend the home. It has been a pleasurable stay! You will not be disappointed.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    Very nice house and backyard with all the comforts of your own home. Home was clean and as advertised. This is a great place to stay with kids of all ages. Neighborhood is quiet and still has all the amenities. Nice play park across the street, great neighborhood for taking walks with paths running through all of the many parks, and community pool was a big hit with the kids. I would highly recommend this home if you are planning to stay in the Surprise area. Owner was readily available with any questions you may have during your stay.

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

    I'd gladly recommend this home. It was comfy and clean and close to the Surprise Tennis Center where we played, close to restaurants and stores as well. The owner was helpful and easy to work with.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

    Great house! Enjoyed watching the football games on the plasma TV. Very dog friendly with an enclosed back yard. The putting green was a lot of fun! Great floor plan with master on bottom level and bedrooms upstairs. Cute neighborhood with lots of parks. Dogs loved the park across from the house. Did not use the community pool but looked very clean and inviting. Very comfortable for a couple or more which we had guests coming and going. Shopping was close by for all your needs. Definitely would stay again!

    Me and my team had a wonderful stay at your place. This place was beautiful and affordable. The community pool house was amazing. We ended up having a small BBQ at the pool, and the staff was extremely friendly. The house was a mere 5 minutes from the Surprise Tennis Center, and minutes away from local restaurants and shops. I would recommend this house.

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

    Had a wonderful stay. the house was great & neighborhood nice & quiet. Many pet friendly parks nearby, my husband loved lap pool& we enjoyed our putting challenges. White Tank Mtns had several excellent hikes. Best one was to a dry waterfall (unless it rains) which has carved out a natural basin. Close to Wickenburg which made a fun day trip. Sedona too but we ran out of time. So close to Glendale Stadium. Went to the Fiesta Bowl...it rocked! Park & ride on 99th st& almost no traffic in our direction which made coming & going so fast & easy. Chinese food at MeiWei on Bell Rd sooo good. Try pot stickers & shrimp in lobster sauce. Nicole was great to work with, always available & we highly recommend!
