Prime location on the boardwalk, beautiful Peninsula Park and the sand, just a block from the Balboa Pier and the Balboa Fun Zone. Completely redone 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex upper unit - vaulted ceilings, new appliances in the kitchen, new bathrooms, new furniture throughout, ceramic tile floors, granite counters and flat screen TV. King bed, queen bed, 2 twin beds and queen sofa bed in the living room. One carport space included, linens and towels included. Sleeps 8.
Boat rentals, harbor cruises and world class restaurants are a part of the neighborhood. The only beach fire pits on the peninsula are footsteps away. Bicycle or skate on the boardwalk, take a day boat to Catalina, go whale watching or deep sea fishing. Shop till you drop at Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza or Laguna Beach. Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are a great day trip and you can venture to SeaWorld and Legoland or Universal Studios Hollywood.

Why the Owner Chose Balboa Peninsula
We love the location and the unit is so much larger than most. You can't beat being on the boardwalk and the park. We love the fire pits on the beach and walking around the Fun Zone. Taking the ferry is a hoot!
