Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are a short drive away and SeaWorld and Legoland or Universal Studios Hollywood make a great day trip.

We live in the area and love all the activities so close by.
Why the Owner Chose Balboa Peninsula
We bought this location so long ago, it seems it has always been ours! We love to hang out by the ocean with all the play space available in the park. The kids love walking to Ruby's on the Pier for a milk shake on hot days. We can spend hours at the Fun Zone or take a relaxing cruise around the harbor. We like to take neighboring units and have a big group of friends spend time down there together.
