Although the back patio is open to the golf course, it is very private , and it's native landscaping allows for carefree living where hummingbirds abound. Why the Owner Chose Gilbert
This location is on the golf course of Greenfield Lakes(11th tee box). The house and yard are easy to care for, and although the backyard is open to the golf course, it is very private and peaceful. We bought this property because it is in the east valley and located near anything one may need. It could be used for local sporting events including Cactus League Spring Training or winter vacationers escaping the cold.
The Unique Benefits of this Home
It is very relaxing here. People will enjoy the beautiful mornings with their coffee or tea on the back patio as they prepare for their day. In the evening, the sunsets are spectacular to watch as the golfers begin heading back to the clubhouse. They can also enjoy walking on the course when the golfers are finished. There is also a park directly across the street lots of grass and a playground for small children. There is cable TV , a stereo, DVD player, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, 3 car garage, split floor plan, master bathroom has bath tub and walk in shower with double sinks, and ceiling fans.
