It's simple - you must stay here if there's a room available. Walking distance (really) to touristy Bourbon Street, local flavor Frenchman Street, and we even ventured all the way to Riverwalk, WWII Museum, and the Aquarium without being tired. Don and the girls (three adorable dachshunds) were perfect hosts/esses, and I didn't feel like an intruder but a guest. Any time we find ourselves in New Orleans, it would be a disappointment not to stay at the Maison - perfect!

We stayed at Maison de Lagniappe for two nights. What a great place! We loved every minute and wished we could have stayed longer. Don and Harry are awesome hosts. They are always willing to share their knowledge of the city and surrounding areas, and also they have so many interesting stories. We had friends from Spain come with us, and they even had a little flag of Spain in the kitchen to welcome us. The girls are very well-behaved, and our son loved them. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. We loved the hot tub, and the patio was beautiful. We are definitely coming back! MUCHAS GRACIAS, Don and Harry!

My wife and I, along with our two grown sons recently spent a week at Don and Harry's home. What a fabulous week of music, food and maybe some drinking. It was perfect. Bordering along side the French Quarter, we felt the location was perfect. Only a few short blocks to Frenchman St or the Quarter. Harry and Don could not have been more helpful and kind with their advice as to what to do or where to go in NOLA. The area the home we rented slept 4 very comfortably. The kitchen always was stocked with goodies and we were welcomed every morning with a variety of fresh pastries, a great coffee machine and a variety of munchies. Harry never missed a day of asking us if everything was OK and could he get us anything. We are dog lovers so we enjoyed the many greetings we received from their 3 adorable Dachshunds. We would highly recommend this quaint New Orleans home for your NOLA visit. When we visit again, we won't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Harry and Don

Our host, Harry, was hospitable from the time we arrived! The house and decor was beyond what we expected. We were met at the gate and helped with parking and luggage upon arrival. With a cancellation, Harry did not hesitate to move us to a more private and secluded room. . .providing a tranquil atmosphere for us as a couple. Our host provided much information about the surrounding attractions and sites, which made our travel throughout the city easier. We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast, and look forward to our future visits there.

We had the best time for my Daughter's 23 Birthday! Harry was extremely helpful with places to eat and drink, and things to do. His hospitality was above and beyond. Don was at sea but stayed in contact with us right up to our arrival. Hopefully I will be able to meet him next stay! The people staying in the other rooms were fun and friendly! Having the dogs there was like being at home! I will never stay in a hotel again!

I stayed 2 nights here in January 2012, I had a great time this place is really clean and it's very quite, it is close to Bourbon Street, it's a 10 minute walk to get to the craziness that is Bourbon Street. I walked alone very late at night and never felt uneasy. The kitchen is well stocked for breakfast to get your day going, the backyard is very relaxing with the sounds of water fountains, it would have been a nice place to drink my morning coffee if it had not been 30 degrees out. Don and Harry are very polite and helpful, it is a easy drive without much traffic and the parking is free, I parked my car Friday afternoon until I left Sunday morning, despite having Texas Lic. plates, Cowboys & UT stickers on the back, it was unmolested.

My family and I were looking for a quiet, low-key place to stay while we explored NOLA's restaurants for a week. This was a slice of paradise far beyond our expectations! Don and Harry are great hosts, and the property is elegant and well-maintained, yet homey, comfy and welcoming. The dogs were lovable, and Harry always had a steady stream of delicious homemade treats coming out of the oven. Don and Harry both were knowledgeable about the city's restaurants and steered us to some delicious meals. From now on, every time we make plans to go to New Orleans, our first move will be to email Don and check on Maison de Lagniappe availability. Thanks again!

My husband and I were in New Orleans for the sugar bowl and while the game was a disappointment our stay was not! The Maison de Lagniappe is a beautifully appointed old home. The gardens are lovely and it is so obvious that this home is adored and well cared by Harry and Don the owners. It is exactly what one would expect in the Quarter. The home is located in a very safe location and is walking distance to anything you would want to see. Our host, Harry was super knowledgeable about the area and always available to help w/ places to sight see, directions, etc. I would strongly recommend this home to travelers

My husband and I stayed at here for 2 weeks over the Christmas holidays and were thrilled at the comfort and charm of this unique bed and breakfast. Our apartment was spot clean, the beds were marvelous, the outdoor porches and garden settings so inviting for coffee in the mornings, and above all the friendly and helpful assists we received from Don and Harry, who know everything about this magical city and are wonderful hosts.

Myself, my husband, and my 12 year old daughter stayed at Maison de Lagniappe for a week. We chose this property after reading all of the positive reviews on VRBO. It was everything promised and more. Harry and Don were wonderful hosts with so much knowledge of the city to share and truly made you feel as if you were a guest in their home. The decor was exquisite, there was so much to see in and out of the house and our suite was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a delicious surprise every morning- pumpkin/pecan coffee cake, quiche, beanut butter muffins, biscuits, snacks and drinks all day! We ate each morning on the deck in the beautiful garden courtyard. Our daughter was thrilled with Freida, Verocca, and Lillie and played with them each night. We walked to the French Quarter, Canal Street, and the convention centre , went "home" for an afternoon break and back for dinner. We rented a car, but drove very little, except for an excursion to the plantations and to Lakeside Shopping Mall. Having rented many properties from VRBO this was definately our best yet! Harry and Don, thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality, and great company. It was a pleasure to meet you and Annette and Pat as well. Andrea, Mike, and Serena :)

Maison de Lagnaippe was the perfect place to stay during our recent trip to New Orleans. The owners, Don and Harry are so nice and friendly and accomodating. Harry is a very talented artist and we were privileged to be given a tour of his studio. They were always ready with recommendations if we asked and there was plenty of brochures and magazines about things to do. The backyard garden is styled after a Key West style garden, very lush and green and it was a wonderful place for coffee in the morning and the 3 cute dachshunds were around to greet us. The garden and house are full of so many interesting things. Everywhere we looked was something fun or interesting. We are two women and we got Suite #2 which consisted of a large bedroom with a 4 poster bed and a separate living room with a comfortable fold-out sofa. The kitchen was accessible day and night for coffee/tea/sodas/beer (leave a dollar in the cup - honor system) and pastry, fruit, cakes, toast, & bagels in the morning. We walked every day to the French Quarter, Riverfront, Canal Street, and the streetcar to Garrden District. It is located just a few blocks from the music clubs on Frenchmen Street which we loved. We took a cab back at night, although once we got our bearings, we could certainly have walked, but we were just too tired! I had considered finding a place right in the French Quarrter, but I am SO glad we found this place instead. I think it is the perfect location away from the craziness of the French Quarter, but a short walk away. The first day, we stopped at Port of Call and got a Monsoon to share which we took in a to-go cup. I 'm so glad we split it because that one drink kicked our butts (and I am not a novice drinker)! We took Harry's recommendation and ate at El Gato Negro behind the Old Mint. It was excellent! We had New Orleans/Southern food at the Praline Connection on Frenchmen St. which we really enjoyed. The street musicians on Frenchmen were fantastic, especially this group at the corner of Royal and Frenchmen on Saturday night playing big band tunes with dancers doing the jive, swing, etc. Very, Very fun. Not sure if they are there every weekend, but worth checking out. We both would defniitely stay at Maison de Langnaippe again, no question.

Our brief but fun visit to New Orleans was made more exiciting with our stay at Maison De Lagniappe. Don & Harry were wonderful hosts. Fun and interesting/entertaining conversations, good food and their home is a treasure with an eclectic mix of antiques, art and everything in between! The aim of our trip was to visit the WW II Museum but we were also within walking distance of the French Quarter, etc. We would definately stay again!

Thanks again for another great stay at you "home away from home". I was a little worried beings I was being accommodated by 5 twenty one year olds, but they just loved it. We walked everywhere we needed to go and the accomodations were wonderful. Harry, out host was wonderful, our last stay was Frank and Adele, dear friends for life now I must say, I will be planning another stay and hopefull I will finally be able to meet Don. I have to say I will never stay anywhere else in NOLA again. This is my little secret paradise that I just love. Thanks again guys for a wonderful feel like you are at home experience.

For starters, the location is great. Very near French Quarter and of course, since it is in the Marigny, there is Frenchmen Street nearby also. My husband and I never felt unsafe walking around. The house itself is completely charming, with nooks and crannies and neat things to see at every turn...including 3 very cute dogs. (Hi, girls!) The place is very clean, and the backyard is like a tropical paradise. Don and Harry are wonderful hosts; we felt at home the entire time we were there. We are already planning a return trip.

Although I had been to New Orleans many times, I had always hoped to plan a visit that felt less "touristy" with more of a "local" experience. Our recent visit to Maison de Lagniappe fulfilled that wish. Don and Harry were excellent hosts. My husband, young daugher, and I were very comfortable in one of the lovely decorated suites. There was plenty of privacy, not to mention quiet and relaxing unlike many large hotels in the busy French Quarter. We admired the beautifully mainted gardens in the rear of the house along with the company of the Veruca, Frieda and Lily (the adorable dachshunds.) Street parking was no problem. Don was readily available to answer questions. I truly enjoyed our conversations about their experiences in New Orleans. We were able to walk faily easily to any location in the Quarer. I truly hope we can return soon, as I would feel we were returning to see old friends.

Just returned from one of the Best Fest ever. This was my second visit at "Maison de Lagniappe". What a great place, they were four of us and we shared a suite on the ground level. Great beds ,beautiful bathroom, and oh the courtyard. I'm from the hills of very Northern Pa. so to inhale this garden and greenery is a treat. And, then there is Harry and Don. They have a zest for life and that rolls over into their hospitality. They are the Dolly Madison's of NOLA. Cannot do enough for you, oh! did I mention their cooking- FABO !! Great stories too. We are planning our return for next years Fest. Thanks for a wonderfull stay. Barbara McRath

My husband Greg and I stayed at Maison de Lagniappe for six days at the end of March. I knew immediately that we had chosen the right place to stay in New Orleans once I received e-mails from Don and Harry. They were gracious from the start explaining how to get to their B&B and making check in very easy. When we arrived very early in the day, the room was just been made up and they checked in our luggage and offered us the courtyard to wait in and/or recommended a local pub just down the street (you can guess which offer we took). Unfortunately Don and Harry were just leaving on a business trip, however as luck would have it they left us in the very capable and friendly hands of Frank (Don's brother) and his wife Adele. They made our stay feel like home, recommending places to go, where to eat and of course where to drink. They also took us on a few of their local excursions where we met the most friendly and fun people who I would like to think of as our new Southern friends. Our room was exceptional. Most B&B's only have a bedroom, the suite we stayed in for the most of our stay had a seperate sitting room and of course it's own private bathroom. It was beautifully decorated with antiques and very, very clean (an important factor for me). On our last day we stayed in the garden room and although it did not have a seperate living room, led right into the garden and had a small private patio. Both rooms were very unique as were the other rooms we poked our head in. I think that the stay was made so special by the feel you were in a home away from home. The continental breakfast was everything you would need (raisin toast, cereal, muffins, juice, donuts - you are on vaction after all). During the day there were snacks of cakes, chips, fruit, etc. Also on the honour system was a fridge for soft drinks and beer ($1 each). Coffee and tea were always on hand. The gardens were beautiful and it seemed I discovered something new daily. You are right near the French Quarter and once we arrived at Maison de Lagniappe left our motorbike parked. This truly was an exceptional place to stay and I highly recommend every room in the house. You will have no regrets. I just wanted to give a special thanks to Adele and Frank for their kindness and consideration when we ran into problems near the end of our vacation. They went out of their way to help and make our vacation memorable. A big thank you to all for a splendid vacation. Deb and Greg, Canada

My husband & I were visiting New Orleans for the 1st time, for my Birthday, and so glad we chose to stay here!! Don & Harry are such gracious hosts, and made us want to come back! We walked everywhere (bring good shoes), it was easy from the Maison de Lagnaippe. They told us how to get to places, the best kind of tours, the parade schedule & route, and Harry even treated another couple & us, to a personal tour of St.Louis #1. It was so nice of him to take time for all of us!!! We stayed in the Garden rm., which even had its own little frig., ac, & convenient separate entrance, that opened into the garden. The size was perfect for the 2 of us, but we will definitely stay in one of the bigger rooms with our son, on our next visit. Yes, we will go again, and that had everything to do with our hosts!!! We felt safe walking everywhere and were very glad we declined to rent a car-parking is a nightmare in the Quarter & expensive-do public transport if you can!!! While we stayed at the Maison de Lagnaippe, there were other couples, a family, and college kids, but we slept well & only saw others in passing. The hot tub is wonderful after a day of walking, so grab some beer or wine on the way home. There is local mini mart just a few blocks away, very convenient!! Look no further, this is the place to stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We didn’t get to meet Don (he was away), but Harry treated us to a new kind of food every day and was very helpful in ‘learning us’ the area. This place is right off the French Quarter and easy walking to anywhere in that section of town. We heard some of the best music on Frenchman street…which is only a couple short blocks from Maison de Lagniappe. Very enjoyable experience at this excellent B&B during Mardi Gras week end. 3 nights went by WAY to fast! Steve & Sue

My husband and I stayed here at the end of a cross country road trip, and this was the perfect place to relax and recover as well as enjoy New Orleans. We were there for four nights, everything was clean and comfortable, the breakfast and snacks were delicious, Harry was helpful and friendly and the house and neighborhood were charming and authentic. The house was in walking distance of everything in the French Quarter and Frenchman St. We walked almost the entire time and while we did pay attention to where we were, we never felt unsafe. For those not wanting to walk as much as we did, public transportation was easy to use and affordable. After driving for so long it was great to park the car and be able to explore the area. We would definitely feel good about recommending this listing, and hope to return someday as well.

What a wonderful place to 'hang your hat' while in New Orleans. It was so nice to have Don & Harry there to give us tips on our first trip to New Orleans. They never steered us wrong. We stayed in the Garden Suite and at the end of the day it's a wonderful to come back, open the door and listen to the sounds of the fountains and enjoy the lush tropical backyard. When you are staying with them, you more or less feel like family because of their genuine interest in making sure you enjoy your stay along with their passion for New Orleans. My wife and I have done a lot of traveling over the years, and stayed in many types of accommodations. I can honestly say that we loved this B&B, it was truely a highlight of our trip. Please try the Biscotti, it's awesome!

We spent a long weekend in NOLA and really enjoyed having Maison de Lagniappe as our home base! We easily walked to the French Quarter and beyond for meals and shopping and also to Frenchmen's for music and more food. We really felt "at home" and enjoyed the luxury of access to the kitchen and the rest of the house as well as the beautiful, lush backyard when we were ready to relax. Maison de Lagniappe is on a quiet street but is easily accessible from Hwy 10. We would definitely recommend Maison de Lagniappe to anyone and will look forward to a return trip!

Merely five blocks from the hustle of Bourbon Street, this bed and breakfast offers a splendid oasis. In addition to a wonderful suite, Maison de Lagniappe has a lush garden and a beautiful back deck for enjoying coffee and breakfast. Harry and Don are the most gracious hosts, each offering splendid stories and priceless tips for visiting New Orleans. Our party of four adults stayed at the Maison Laiginape for 3 nights Dec. 2010. The hosts were gracious and personable. They themselves became part of our New Orleans experience. It wouldnt have been the same without them . The house is close to everything yet a quiet retreat at the end of the day. We found the Suites particularly comfortable because of the private living room area. THE BEDS WERE GREAT! The home is loaded with antiques that reflect the interests of the owners. There is attention to detail aimed at the guests comfort. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. The courtyard yard is a great outdoor space. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub at the end of a long day of walking. We found the neighborhood to be safe and well maintained.

Quirky common space decorations, gorgeous rooms/suites, decorated in an authentic style, and wonderful tropical garden/courtyard with hot tub! Hosts are fantastic-- we had a homemade hot breakfast every morning. 10 minute walk from the French Quarter with good restaurants closeby. Nice to stay a little further from the chaos of Bourbon Street! Highly recommended!

When we were deciding on where to stay at for our honeymoon/first anniversary we only had one criteria something different. I believe the meaning behind Lagniappe means "A little something extra". This couldn't be truer with this B & B. Everything that is in the description is spot on...the charm and warmth of the decor offers a welcoming, relaxed and friendly environment. Our hosts Don and Harry made us feel like we were friends visiting their home, and by the time we left we felt like we were saying good bye to friends. We felt that we had our privacy, yet we were free to roam about the community areas while relaxing and getting to know Don and Harry and the other guests. The breakfast were always delicious and there were snacks always available to satisfy those in between meal times. The baked good are homemade here and were delicious... The location is within walking distance to everything, no need for a car at all. There are street cars ask for a $5.00 day pass. Don and Harry are licensed tour guides and are always full of information on where, what, who and when to see and do things. Our recommendation would be to take a tour through VIP tours, this gives you and idea of other areas outside of the french quarter, there is so much to see and do. Just walk up and down Frenchman st for really cool and unique shops, at night great place for music, Snug Harbor. Also the Gumbo Shop for great gumbo and jambalaya and save room for pecan pie. Central Market for a Muffuletta, make sure you have someone to share it with, these sandwiches are HUGE. Then go sit outside and watch the street performers and artist. Cafe Du Monde for Coffee and Beignets, what an awesome treat. Also eat at Mothers, another good sandwich make sure you share a full sandwich or get a half order. Good home cooked food there..Spend a day just walking around especially on the weekends with the artist, shops and cool antiques. Hop on the free ferry to Algiers Hts, cool neighborhood. Of course you have to go on Bourbon st at least once, then stop at Pat O'Briens for their famous hurricane. CAUTION*** Drink only 1 then walk away, these have a way of sneaking up on you. Music is everywhere Trust us, you will not regret choosing this B & B, it has everything you can want or need during your stay in NOLA.

I really cannot find enough superlatives to explain this B&B. Don and Harry are the most marvellous hosts, I felt like I was visiting with friends. Nothing was too much trouble and every little detail had been though about, flags in the kitchen depicting the homeland of all the guests, fresh homemade pastries for breakfast and even free bug spray in the garden, which was particularly useful for me a my pasty English skin! This was my first visit to NO, although I was American friends who have visited many times before and I loved it so much I hope to get back their soon, when I do I will definately go back to stay with Don and Harry. We even had friends who live in NO come to meet with us and they too were treated like guests. I really cannot find anything negative to say, other than it was so amazing we spent too long sitting in the garden when I really should have been exploring the city, although that does give me an excuse for another visit :) If you are visiting The Big Easy, don't hesitate in booking this place, you will not find anything better.

D & H were amazing hosts... both were very knowledgeable about New Orleans and the region - steering us in the right direction for food and entertainment and history and culture. The bottom floor suite was spacious and fantastically maintained... leading out into a Key West-style garden area that any botanist would envy. The hot tub was perfect for soothing our aching bodies after walking through the French Quarters all day/night. I would HIGHLY recommend spending some quality time here... well-worth it!

Maison de Lagniappe has it all -- marvelous location, consummate hosts in Don & Harry, beautiful courtyard that's hard to leave it's so comfortable, art, warmth, beauty, and all with a soft homelike feel. The only trouble with it is that's hard to tear yourself away to see the sights of New Orleans. Every need has been precipitated. Feel a mosquito? The bug spray is right there. Would you like a beer? There's some in the fridge in the kitchen. Just put your dollar in the honor box. Where should we go? Both owners are tour guides. You feel like you're staying with old friends. Our large group had a suite of rooms that was comfortable (the mattress and sheets are delightful) and homey. Antiques and uniques were eclectically interspersed, as well as creature comforts like nice toiletries, thick towels, fluffy robes for the hot tub, and a general ambiance of welcome. A couple also staying in the b&b celebrated their anniversary while there, and Don & Harry threw a party for the guests in their home, complete with homemade gumbo and champagne. When we had friends over to visit, our hosts never failed to offer them coffee, and make them feel at home as well. I will return to Maison de Lagniappe for all the reasons above, perhaps with a group smaller in number, because I can see great romantic possibilities here, too.

This was a perfect spot to stay in New Orleans. The listings didn't go far enough in describing the beauty and uniqueness of the property. We had The Garden Room, on the ground floor with an outside door (but reached through the house) opening onto a private porch right on the garden. If you love gardens, antiques and funky decor, this is definitely the place for you! Everything was clean, fresh flowers in bathroom. Harry even hosed the Mississippi dust off our car while he was watering the flowers. We walked all over the French Quarter for dinner, shopping, etc., as well as to Frenchman Street. Would recommend Acme Oyster House for the charbroiled oysters (OMG) and Armandos on Frenchman, especially the rack of lamb and the lives blues downstairs at Apple Barrel. Hosts Don and Harry are fonts of information and they make your stay very comfortable, you really do feel like one of the family here. We also saw Suite 5 on the ground floor and it was a large, gorgeous 3-room suite. Everyone else staying there while we were there were completely satisfied, as well. Afternoons find fresh cakes or brownies in the kitchen, a breakfast bar and refrigerator are available all the time, and great coffee.

My girlfriend and I stayed here during the Labor Day weekend. We were both very pleased with the home and our Host Harry made sure we were comfortable, but also respected our privacy. The home was clean with beautiful antique pieces and tastefully decorated. At the back of the house is a beautiful garden with gently, calming, flowing waterfalls, a sitting area, an outdoor shower, and a jacuzzi to relax your muscles or just hang out with a bottle of wine. Breakfast was always ready when we woke up and snacks are available all day. I would personally recommend this home to others, especially if you wish to enjoy the night life, shopping or if you are just seeking a quiet vacation away from the hassle and bustle of the everyday life. The home is located close to restaurants, the popular French Market, French Quarters and one block away from Bourbon street. Thanks again Don & Harry

My wife and I are well pleased with our stay at Harry and Don's home. We would like to thank them for opening their home to us and making us feel comfortable. Thanks also for upgrading our suite, not because we asked, but out of respect for our privacy while rearranging downstairs. Conveniently located one block off of Esplanade and situated near all points of interest New Orleans has to offer. Saints fans if you are in town for a game, leave your car parked, a taxi will have you to the Super Dome within 10 minutes. After a long day it was an added comfort knowing we could return to relax in our suite leaving all the city noise and crowds behind. We suggest Maison De Lagniappe for your stay in New Orleans. In the near future our plans are to return with another couple. As an added note, and by no means taking away from the other rooms, my personal suite suggestions for two or more would be second floor Suite 1 or Suite 2 which offers exterior access as to not disturb other guest while returning from those late night outings.

As a frequent traveler to New Orleans I know the location is everything as parking in the popular areas can be difficult and costly if you don't pay attention. As they said Location Location Location. This place has it all. Don and Harry are AMAZING HOST. They really make you feel like you are at home. They have tons of knowledge of New Orleans and are more than glad to share it with you. The property is about 4 to 6 blocks from the French Quarter (about an 8 min walk) but yet it is far enough away that you do not get all of the noise so it is very relaxing when you want it to be. The back court yard is a get away within itself. Absolutely amazing. They have spent tons of time and money there to make the stay that much more enjoyable. Parking is no problem we were able to park every time within a half of a block from the home. I will be staying here every time I travel back to New Orleans. Thanks again Don and Harry for making our New Orleans trip the best. See you guy soon.

My husband and I had a fabulous time staying at this very ecclectic home. You truly feel in the heart of New Orleans culture and history as guests here. Don and Harry certainly make you feel at home, and have a wealth of information to share about the city and its history. We loved how we were across the street from the French Quarter but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. Great location, wonderful hosts, and a memorable home!

Our family of four stayed at this location in April and we LOVED it. Don and Harry are wonderful hosts. Our accomodations were exactly what was described on their page and the location is awesome. Just a few blocks from Bourbon St., Frenchman Street and from the best burger in New Orleans at the Port o Call, but also not right in the thick of the action so it was peaceful when we wanted to relax. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone!

What a wonderful experience to stay at this B&B. Don and Harry go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best. Homemade scones for breakfast, as well as many other choices. Quiet, safe and secure near the French Quarter. There were 5 of us, all older women, and we walked to two different restaurants, near this home, for dinner. We only hope that we can come back and stay here with Don and Harry. We give this place an A+, thanks guys for all you did for us.

Loved this place!! Harry and Don are amazing hosts. We booked a weekend stay here before our NCL cruise out of New Orleans port. The little touches such as snacks, waters, and breakfast were excellent. It's walking distance to everything, clubs, bars, sushi, and we felt save everywhere. Parking passes are a plus. They even let us keep our car there during the cruise and even dropped us off at the port. Little touches like this saved us a ton of money so we brought them back gifts. They really know this town and are great hosts! Book it! You won't be disappointed. The grounds are beautiful and the hot tub was steaming. - Deb and Cat
