This residence is nestled in Araby Cove in South Palm Springs just below the prestigious Southridge Estates. Hollywood celebrities such as Bob Hope, Steve McQueen, and William Holden were long term residents of Southridge. A glimpse of the iconic Elrod – Lautner Estate can be seen from this Araby Cove home, where the James Bond film “Diamonds Are Forever” was filmed. With its dynamic location among the mountains it is a wonder young and older celebrities flock to this south Palm Springs location to places like Parker Palm Springs and exclusive Smoketree Ranch.
The four bedroom ranch-home with more than 3,300 square feet of interior living was recently upgraded combining its great location with many amenities and charming characteristics such as the vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, many clerestory windows, and arched windows in the entertainment room to expose the spectacular views of the desert landscape. The home was perfectly planned for entertaining or a relaxing oasis. From the moment of arrival at the half circular driveway through the double front-doors the attention to details will amaze you. The home is laid out in bamboo flooring and features an entertainment oasis with pool table and plenty of flat screen TV’s around. A modern kitchen was also created with plenty of granite counters and modern appliance for creating the perfect culinary event. A formal dining room is available in addition to a breakfast area, sit at bar, and even easy access to the outdoor dining area. The adjacent great room is perfect gatherings around the fireplace. An additional media room is also available with direct pool access.
For intimate ambience or solitude, the home features many private nooks and patios for tranquility. Sun-worshipping is still allowed here for a full day poolside. Mindful repose beckons during the evenings foremost sunsets, then rejoice around the outdoor fire pit under a sea of stars. Hit the hay after you play. The home features two luxuriously appointed master suites each with ensuite bathrooms with double vanities and updated for living today. The third bedroom is like a master, with an ensuite bath and double vanity, it does have a door that connects to the hall so we dont call it a master.. The “kid-zone” has two twin beds for the fourth bedroom, or push them together to make a king bed. If needed the media room features a full-size futon that serves as a fifth bedroom option. This house is very clean, nicely designed and it's huge! You walk down the halls and it just keeps going and going. We didn't want to leave. I would love to stay there again. The company was very helpful and informative. This is a definate must stay!

We spent a week here and never wanted to leave. The house is beautiful and in very good condition. It has everything we needed, except not all the tv's got all the cable channels we wanted (I feel ridiculous even saying that). We noticed a few minor repairs that don't really warrant mentioning. The neighborhood is quiet, the location excellent. The backyard and pool are very nice. Having 2 swamp coolers saved us considerably on AC costs. The rental agency staff was extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend to anyone.

We are back home now and I wanted to follow-up to say thanks and provide a little feedback. We had a great time at the house. The house had everything we needed and was well-stocked with only one exception-no iron or board. Overall we had a great time & didn't let that bother us-thanks again for all your help during our stay!

We stayed here in this beautiful home. It was way more than I expected. I would love to stay here every single time I visit Palm Springs. Although it is very close to other cities like, Rancho Mirage, & Palm Desert which is great! There are many stores and Restaurants nearby. Beds are also very comfortable, I did not wake up once during the night. I highly recommend this home. Thank you for letting us stay here!
