  This house was fantastic for our family get-together. We were a total of 10 ranging in age from 8 mos. to 84 years and suited everyone perfectly! Comfortable, spacious and with a beautiful backyard! The house was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen is quite large and well equipped, each bedroom has views of swaying palms! All the baby items that were available made life so easy! Excellent location, close to restaurants, shopping, and walk to the beach, all in a quiet neighborhood. What was not to love? We came from California, North Carolina and Ecuador and we all said we would love to return. The owners are very attentive, always available. I know IF we had had a problem or questions they would have responded immediately. We highly recommend this home!

  This was our first time renting a home and I am happy to report that it was a wonderful experience. The owners, Craig and Camilla, were responsive and straightforward about the the listing. They took great pride in making sure that our stay was comfortable, convenient and calm. The home is very clean, spacious and private. The bedrooms were well appointed and we all slept like babies. It was also great that we were able to bring our dog with us. The location is fantastic, my husband and I walked over to the Parrot Lounge to have a drink and play shuffleboard. We all celebrated Thanksgiving poolside by eating fried turkey courtesy of Lu Lu's Bait Shack - YUM! The pool is surrounded by lush tropical palms, was nicely heated and we used it day and night. When we did decide to cook the kitchen was loaded with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The attention to those type of details makes for a restful and relaxing stay, since we did not have to worry or think about those type of things we were immediately free to enjoy the beach and our surroundings. When we wanted to grill there was plenty of charcoal and lighter fluid provided, get your steaks from Smitty's Old Fashioned Butcher Shop it is pricey but so worth it. We also walked to the Galleria Mall, did some shopping and had lunch at PF Chang's. Publix is also in the area they carry Boar's Head cold cuts and a full array of pastry items, Mom loved the Bear Claws, as you can tell we love to eat. Mom and I also took a short ride over to Hallandale to shop at Gulfstream Park. Another perk was we were able to do our laundry before we left so no dirty clothes to worry about when we arrived home. This was truly a home away from home! We would highly recommend renting from Craig and Camilla and we cannot wait to make our way back.

  This was my first foray into the world of vacation home rental. My daughter was getting married and I needed a home for incoming relatives. What finally made me go ahead were the positive reviews that everyone gave the owners. Now I, too, can echo their sentiments! They will call you back right away, answer all your questions and the house will be delivered to you in top condition. Craig took so much time, to orient me to the house and answer any and all questions. Now, to the house, itself. It is so spacious with room enough for everyone to gather and room enough when you need that private space! The kitchen has all you need, the accomodations are truly comfortable and the heated pool and yard are a delight.The beach is just steps away, so you need not worry about entertainment, not to mention all the shops and restaurants to choose from. If you, like I was, are concerned about whether or not to take that step, don't be! You can trust this couple and this rental property. Enjoy!

  We where looking for a big affordable house close to the beach for 2 families. This house had everything we wished for and much more. It is located close to the beach and all you need for a day by the sea are provided. Due to waves we prefered to stay in the garden that had a nice pool and play area. A lot of toys for the children was available in the house. There is a great kitchen and dining area that inspired us for home dining most of the time. We had a great time in the house and garden. I can easily recommend this property for a great vacation on the beaches of Fort Lauderdale.

  Our family (4 adults and a 15-year-old boy) spent July 4th at the house. We all had the best time! The house is a good size with lots of closet space. Each bedroom has a TV and there is a large, flat-screen TV and dvd in the living room. There are also several board games and video games and the wifi throughout the house works very well. The master bed room is very private. It consists of two large rooms. The first is an office as well as an exercise room. Then you open another set of doors to the bedroom. It is big with a beautiful bathroom. There is also a bedroom on the first floor that is perfect for people with bad knees like my sister-in-law. The kitchen has most everything you would need. We used the charcoal grill several times and it was nice to eat on the patio. The pool is fabulous. It has a shallow end for kids but a fairly deep end (over our heads) for adults. We spent a great deal of time in there and often couldn't resist jumping in when we returned from the beach. There are several pool and beach toys in the garage. The location of this house is perfect. The beach is about 4 houses down from A1A ( Ft. Lauderdale Beach Blvd/Atlantic Blvd) which you cross to get to the beach. We loved the fact that we didn't have to walk for miles to get to the water. There are palm trees on the beach that block some of the sun but you should definitely bring the beach umbrella in the garage. There is quite a bit of shopping available in the area. A1A is intersected by several main streets including Sunrise Blvd, Oakland Park Blvd and Las Olas Blvd. If you drive over the Sunrise Blvd bridge, there is a Publix supermarket across from The Galleria Mall (Macys and Dillards). If you go a little further on any of these boulevards you will reach Federal Highway (more shopping and dining). There are many nice places to eat (We are real foodies) in Ft. Lauderdale. Here are some of our favorites: Italian: Sette Bello, D'Angelo Pizza and Wine Bar, Casa D'Angelo-Federal Highway. Tuscan Grill-Las Olas Blvd. American/Mediterranean: Casablanca Cafe on A1A near Las Olas Steak: Steak 954 in The W hotel, Shula's in the Westin Hotel Regular pizza and food (e.g. chicken parm): Doughboy's- They deliver to the house. So to sum up, This house is a great place to have a wonderful vacation. Craig and Camilla are great hosts and were always available whenever we needed them. We will definitely be returning.

  We just left our week long stay at this wonderful, vacation home and are envious of the folks coming next! This home is "children friendly". With the fence around the pool, there was never any worry of my 4 year old granddaughter being in the backyard, which is a lush haven in itself. She had a swing set, pool and beach toys and a room full of toys to play with. Each bedroom is very spacious and all windows have a view - upstairs bedrooms with outside areas was a plus. The family spent lots of time in the spacious Florida room which is exceptional. With 8 adults and 2 children we never felt cramped. The house is 3 houses from the beach - what a dream vacation. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to relax and still have all the comforts of home. Can't wait to return!!!

  We rented the house from May 20 to June 3 and this was our first time we rented a house over the internet. We were very happy and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. Craig showed us the house and all that we needed to know upon our arrival. He was very helpful in pointing the place where we could have diner or groceries. Unfortunately his wife was away and we did not get a chance to meet her, maybe next time because we are already planning to go back next year. The house was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen was so well equipped it was like being home. The large dining table, the barbecue and the pool everything is available and with the beach nearby we spent the most wonderful vacation at Craig’s place. The rooms are large and beds have very good quality mattresses, the master bedroom is amazing, the size and the adjoining 4 piece bath make feel right at home. The pool is right outside the sitting room and landscaping is amazing. The pool size is just perfect and heated. There is all king of toys which our grandson enjoyed especially the beach toys. Definitely a 5 stars home, after our first week we thought about extending our stay another week but we checked on the internet and it was already rented. I highly recommend this house for a family vacation.

  Craig, thank you so much for letting us rent your wonderful home, we had a terrific vacation, made all the better by staying at your beautiful, comfortable, delightful home. We were a party of 7, with 1 teenager. The home is spacious and well maintained. The rooms are large, the master bedroom is amazing. All the bathrooms are perfect, clean and state of the art. The pool is right outside the sitting room and is the perfect size and heated. We loved our time here. It was peaceful, relaxing, yet close enough to nightlife and fun too. The owners were great. The local area is really nice and a very short walk to the sea (only few steps). You will not be disappointed by this house, it truly is 5 star.

  The house was so much more than we hoped for. The rooms were large and confortable but most of all clean. Had we known that the house was so accommodating we would have planned and stayed longer. We were given a thorough walk thru and told how to use the wireless connection available, the tvs, dvrs which were in each of the 4 bedrooms as well as the large tv in the lviing room. Our kids never left the pool except to go to the beach, which was a very short walk across the street. We were very pleased with the safety fencing around the pool for our 2 and 5 year olds, it took the worry of a pool away. The kitchen was fully equiped and set up for easy use. We had three large dinners, one a BBQ. We loved the large dining table which sat over 10 people. It was like being at home. We played the games in the house and the kds enjoyed the toys and swing set outside. We could not have asked for more. Grocery stores, restruants anything you need, is within a mile or two of the house- waliking distance if you don't have a car, or easy and cheap taxi ride. The owner and his wife were very helpful and available for our needs, which were all taken care of before our arrial. If you need a 4 bedroom or less rental, this is the one. The house is wonderful, the yard is a tropical paradise and the pool and beach fantastic.

  We have rented other homes in Florida but have voted this house the best!! The house had everything we needed for the beach, toys, stroller, highchair,pack and play,and a swing set which made it a great vacation spot for our grandchildren.It also included alot of household supplies. The pool and beach were great but traffic and parking not so great but we were also there at Spring Break. Craig and Camilla have thought of everything to make their home comfortable. Highly recommend this home for anyone travelling with children.
