We have a family oriented and recently renovated ski condo on the slopes of Sunday River Ski Resort. This is a ski in and out condo. Our condo is 2nd from the end of the wing closest to the slopes. You can store your gear in the ski locker provided and head right out to the chair lifts at South Ridge.
Our 2 story condo has a sleeper sofa on the main floor. Upstairs is a queen bed and double futon. The full kitchen allows you to come in from the slopes for lunch or cook a nice home meal after your fabulous day of skiing. Or if the kids haven't had enough exercise, you can head to the pool for a swim and a nice soak in the hot tub. Sunday River features 131 trails spread across eight interconnected mountain peaks, each offering a distinct experience. The resort is serviced by a network of 18 lifts, including four high-speed quads, ensuring easy access to every corner of the resort. Sunday River has a wonderful ski school, outside ice skating rink, on site day care and everything you need for an awesome week of skiing. The Sunday River Shuttle Service offers free transportation around the mountain and The Mountain Explorer offers free shuttle service to the Brew Pub and downtown Bethel.
Sunday River is 65 miles or about 1 1/2 hours from Portland, ME.

We love skiing at Sunday River and the Fall Line condos have the best location on the slopes! We all hit the slopes skiing on everything from Lazy River to White Heat. There are plenty of trails for beginners to expert skiers.

Fall Line has a nice common area with a fireplace, a pool, hot tub, sauna, and security. It is a great family location.
