Year Purchased: 2007
Active skier living in the desert also known as Arizona. Fell in love with skiing and Vail when I lived in Colorado, but have since moved and try to get back as frequently as possible.
Why the Owner Chose Timberfalls
Vail is my favorite place to ski, but I live out of state, so I get out to the condo infrequently. Due to the fact that I like to ski in Vail, it made sense to purchase an investment property there that I could rent out and also use on occasion.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
It's a cozy, no frills condo that is very close to the free shuttle bus to Vail. Its perfectly suited for someone who just needs a roof over their head since most of their time will be spent on the slopes and in the town of Vail.
